The customer service is very good, especially if something is not right and you day so in an online post. Our missing hot water was worked on until it was fixed, which was all we asked for. This is a charming inexpensive place in a really good location in town. Unless you do not like street noise. Our room #105 had 2 balconies. And 2 additional windows. No need for air con as far as we were concerned, it was heavenly.

Well located, clean, only minus are the poor breakfast (coffee only, and not very nice one) and the bathroom, whose door opening made kind of not very comfortable

The hospitality was awesome! The hotel was in a convenient location, close to Playa Norte. We were able to walk anywhere and great restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable at an affordable price! Thanks so much, Isaiah and Familia!!!

The staff is so friendly and very good. It is very clean and we'll kept. Very easy to get to grocery store, restaurants, and the beach from this hotel.

Surprised at reviews mentioning cleanliness. Just returned yesterday and the place is spiffy clean with a wonderful staff from top to bottom. Highly recommend.Central to all your needs.
