Very friendly staff. A nice place to stay! Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in Cancun to and from airport. Felt right at home and very beautiful home.

Don’t book this nasty place if you don’t want to get burned! I booked a month in advance and the day I arrived there was a storm and they sold my room to someone who paid more money. They were so nasty and unprofessional, they just told me they’re sold out and there’s nothing they can do. I explained I had booked and even showed them my reservation and they didn’t care. They sent this nasty gangster to kick us out. If you want to make sure you have a place to stay when you really need it, you’d better stay away from this place!

The Mansion is an interesting structure with lots of character and probably has an interesting back story. I enjoyed my stay there and plan to return.
The Host was friendly and made me feel very welcome. The staff were good too.
Use a language app if your Spanish is lacking or a bit rusty. Having that will tighten communication, end any frustrations and only serve to enhance your experience.
There's plenty of fresh drinking water available.
My room was decent, clean. There's an outdoor pool. It's quiet at night. I felt safe and secure. Good price too.
I didn't want to stay in the Tourist/Hotel area of Cancun, so it was nice to find the Mansion. It's still within reasonable distances to the airport and shopping.
It's currently under some renovations, but non-intrusive. Wi-fi available.response / report this review -

Friendly staff, always offering something to guests to make them feel welcome. Also they are very flexible when it comes to accommodations. Thanks Eduardo and company 😉

A nice and interesting place with a tiny morbid touch ;-) and sometimes even too much trying of the manager to be helpful. Located conveniently between Cancun and the airport.
