Decent price, had WiFi included which is nice, overall good but the door of my bathroom wouldn't lock , very frustrating because I was with my family

Place is nice and clean. Quiet. People are friendly. Bed was made everyday and toiletries replaced.

Our toilet flush did not work, water overflowed. We had to insist multiple times to change the room. I had left pocket change near the safe and my belongings, it vanished.

They don't really have a full continential breakfast either.

Water is warm Not hot Warm. And only in the morning. Walls are very thin. Room needs minifridge. It's cheap though.

Clean and comfortable, but quite noisey. If you're looking for somewhere quiet, this place probably isn't for you.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. It's a great location with restaurants less than 5 minute walk. There is a tourist stand inside for trips of you're interested and the air conditioner is cold and the bed comfortable. Walls are thick but the doors not so much.

Suites Gaby is a great hotel for its price as well as location! Its a very simple, unassuming hotel, without much amenities such as swimming pools that other hotels may provide. However, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the concierges are friendly and helpful, and the booth at the lobby provides advice on tours as well as decent prices. I've compared the prices offered by the booth to online prices, and the booth is actually better! I would definitely recommend getting package tours from them if you want to visit multiple locations, AND be picked up right at the lobby.

Suite's Gaby's location is great, being a short walk away from market 28, downtown Cancun, as well as the bus stop to take the bus towards the hotel zone. It is however, fairly far from the beach, having to take a bus, so if you're looking for a hotel that is within walking distance to one, this is not the one.
