Update : the hotel refunded my dad in the morning for the second time they charged me.

I booked this off Priceline for my dad and paid in advance. When he got there they said they couldn't find the reservation. He showed them the receipt and confirmation number. That wasn't enough for them. They had me forward the confirmation email to them and then said they did not to receive it. Eventually, they made him pay again and said to come to the receptionist in the morning to see if the morning staff could find the reservation. Then they would give the refund.

No hot water, internet is weak, not very clean, rooms not confortable, bad neighbourhood, not suitable for family vacation and from the hallway anyone can enter in your room by the window from the bathroom. The door in the room is very old. When I said to reception that I want to leave they said "no refund" so I lost my money but went to an another hotel.

This is a real review.for the price it is functional. The neighborhood doesn't look nice but I found it safe to walk around at night. The rooms are average a good for sleeping. We had to ask for a new room as the original we got had a bad odor. The second room they gave us was fine. I don't like resorts so I enjoy being in the neighborhood and seeing how people really are. There is a strip club next store and if you want to party talk to the valet drivers there. Might have to bargain a bit. I wouldn't recommend if you are going with family but great for a young adventurous couple or your boys to have a cheap vacation. Overall I liked it as an inexpensive spot to chill.

Very friendly and welcoming staff at a good price. 15 minutes walk to the main bus station and 25 minutes to the main ports. The onsite restaurant was average. The room was in a slight state of disrepair with the shower curtain slightly torn and a very loud AC. Overall I would recommend but only for a short stay.

It is what we expected. Cheap, and a little dated. Friendly staff. No Internet or hot water. I felt comfortable in room and bed. Only staying 2 days. It is perfect for me (wife needs hot water, so she wasn't as satisfied.) Mario is a friendly fella.thanks.

Decent place for a quick stay. Clean enough. A/C working OK. The menu was affordable and tasty. Staff is, for the most part, not very friendly. The neighborhood is nasty. But you should be safe as long as you get there and stay inside the hotel at night. Tons of Americans, Germans and French.

Fine place, nothing special, great value for little money, close to airport and beach.
