Very classy, great staff, great service and awesome food. Rooms clean and comfortable beach, pool and hot tub well maintained. Great entertainment with lots of variety.

Our home away from home no kids but the adults play all day and then all night not for the vanillas but its the most lovely place to play as an adult

All these hotels are in one place and they are all great although we didn't get everything that we thought we were going to a little disappointed but I'd go back again

Love staying here. Staff was amazing and very helpful. They brought Champaign to our room for my birthday the massage was to die for and the music was great. If you can GO!

Your reading reviews for a reason, that being said I'll give you a review of our experience
Don't go till winter or spring heat is one thing but the humidity was enough to keep you locked in your room due to lack of air conditioned community spaces. When you arrive your greeted by a conicer named Alfredo who will tell you "you need anything, you want anything I'll take care of you" we never saw him after that. They show you where " you can hanky panky and where you cannot. " rooms are beautiful, view is beautiful, pool is beautiful they don't tell you you have to do time share meeting there. There are 3 places 2 eat two require reservations but they must be on the same day and made in the morning that's grassy if you don't have a hang over. One place has sushi which I'm sure would have been delicious but staff doesn't speak english so your chances become poor of getting what you wanted. Bartenders great you pay for wine bottles though. Music was outdated but I have to say I did enjoy village people "ymca" took me back.housekeeping didn't restock fridge, rooms got cleaned sometimes sometimes not and you'd have to call the desk if they forget to come. Gym was great, jacuzzi only open after 1pm so forget about working out and jumping in a jacuzzi. Pool closes after 6pm have to use jacuzzi from 1pm till whenever so if your not into jacuzzi your screwed. Beds for sex by jacuzzi. near bar of disco is a black door which is available for sex parties but they usually wind up being 1or2 couples just playing nothing really crazy. The jacuzzi had a little more spice but these people are clicky so if your not a regular your a stranger and your not really invited. As my hubby said it was an expensive lesson learned.response / report this review -

Resort was top notch. The food was great. The pool side service was awesome. Drinks were never empty. The staff were friendly and prompt with every request. Can't beat the tacos or pizza at 3am either.

Great staff and managed events at the pools, and night clubs. The staff was very attentive and service was on point! This is a great resort and destination location that attracts couples from all over the world. We met so many great people from all corners of the planet. We loved the pool games, hot tub and general open attitude of all other guests.

For anyone how wants to be pampered on a vacation I would suggest here in their pleasure suites. They have a Butler with room service and all the emenaties that anyone would want.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around
