Business hotel in a perfect location to explore the Avenida Insurgentes and the south part of the city. Rooms at spacious and comfortable, though they also feel a bit impersonal, while the views of the city are non-existent. There’s no real lobby l, so if you want to chill out to have to either pay for a place at the Starbucks and/or at the hotel’s restaurant. Took it at discounter rate, for a full rate would not have done it, as for the same price you could have many top hotels in the city.

The city and the local services are really good, the people are very kind, everything is tidy and organize. There is a lot of space to move un the fiesta inn. Nice place to have a great day.

Nice place but poor sound isolation and wooden floors can make you feel like you are at a tap dancing exhibition. Comfortable beds and pillows. Food is good.

This a nice, comfortable hotel. Modern decoration and amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone speaks English and is very accommodating. The restaurant and room service has good quality if not a wide selection. They do have sandwiches and hamburgers that you would find in the US.

Nice place to stay during business or tourist trip. Clean rooms, good service, restaurant serving local food. However, the automatic concierge service has some outdated information - there was a construction side in place of recommended restaurant :)

A fantastically clean and well run hotel, the staff are very polite and accommodating. The rooms are of a generous size and well maintained. Excellent value for money!

Very nice and friendly hosts. The rooms are great, although if your used to carpets There are none here (or anywhere for that matter). Bring flip flops! There is a Starbucks connected to the lobby. There is a small restaurant and a bar on the lobby floor. There are a few restaurants walking distance. Overall I would highly recommend this place for you.
