Located right next to Chapultepec Park, this hotel is perfect for business travels as the single rooms are nicely fit for 1 person and offer basic accomodations. The price/quality relationship is adequate and the staff is very friendly.

Check in was very slow and disorganised. No more double rooms available when we arrived so paid extra on top of our prepaid reservation for a king room with sofa bed. I asked for it to be made up right away but nobody did anything about it. I called before we went out to dinner and asked to get the bed made up. We got back from dinner and the bed was still not made. Kids sleepy and with no bed. They sent the bell boy up to do it. Very unsatisfied.

Good business hotel on a superb location. They allowed early check in for me which is appreciated. On the minus side, walls are thin, it's easy to hear neighbors (was still sleeping good thankfully) and water pressure is not great.

It's not even the fact that the toilet wasn't even secure to the floor, or that my room backed up to a dark alley where you can hear all the AC and environmental packs running, but that the small cramped room barely had any AC and felt like a pollution prison. I literally found myself gasping for air in heat of the night constantly. Had to open the window (yes not a great plan) where the window almost fell out.but at least I had some of the "air" circulating and cooling slightly. Only nice thing was the top floor dining which had some decent food and a view. Not much to make me want to stay again.

A little cramped due to the size of the hotel. No parking, and valet is terribly expensive.
