  Rooms have no Wi-Fi and water pressure for showers is very poor.

  Fantastic rooms, staff are lovely, almost a private beach and the new pool and hot tub upgrades are great. The hotel is very secluded yet you can get to town and busy areas in 5 minites. Highly recommended! Room 13 and 16 are the best they have.

  Nice Hotel with a good view out the back. Unfortunately, it's not possible to go swimming at the Hotel Beach, as it's mostly rocks. The bed in our room was huge and comfortable.

  Love the location. Just off the beaten path, but close to everything. Great views, quaint rooms, nice staff, fantastic pool, its own beach, what else do you need in paradise?

  יחס מזעזע מהצוות! ברמה לא הגיונית ומבזה
  קיבלנו את החדר בשעה איחור מהצק אין דבר שנראה להם בסדר והגיוני
  ארוחת בוקר דלה מאוד! לחם, ריבה, דבש ופירות
  אין אינטרנט בחדרים.. למעשה יש רק בלובי
  בריכה מלוכלכת מאוד כמו כן גם הים
  הנוף שכביכול טוענים שהוא לגינה משקיף לדודי שמש
  ישנה סתימה במקלחת המים בקושי יורדים
  בקבלה כביכול אין איש צוות , אין מחשב הם כל פעם נעלמים לחדר מאחור ואחרי כמה דק חוזרים
  לא יודעים אנגלית
  אין מעלית
  חבל למלון יש פוטנציאל
  
  A shocking attitude from the staff! On an unreasonable and humiliating level
  We received the room late from the cliff. Nothing seems to them to be okay and logical
  Very poor breakfast! Bread, jam, honey and fruit
  There is no internet in the rooms .. In fact there is only a lobby
  A very dirty pool as well as the sea
  The landscape supposedly claimed to be a garden overlooking the solar water heaters
  There is a blockage in the shower and the water barely goes down
  In the reception there is no staff, no computer, they always disappear into the room in the back and after a few minutes they return
  Do not know English
  Too bad the hotel has potential

  Customer service was no Bueno. They had construction going on. In one of the units across from our room. When asked the front desk agent responded "what construction?" As if we were fabricating the fact that someone was banging a hammer at all hours of the day .

  Excellent choice for travelers that want a quiet, inexpensive, but clean and well maintained place to stay on Isla. Off the beaten path but still very close to everything. Staff was wonderful. Pool was crystal clear and the beach was clean and very beautiful. Not the place for young partiers, pampered rich folks, or internet junkies who feel a need to be online all day. But for anyone wanting to get away from those people, it's absolutely perfect.

  Great cost value choice. The rooms are clean and the pool is very nice.
  The breakfast can be better which is very basic.
