This was a beautiful all inclusive hotel! We loved the room and the views were stunning. A fun water slide into one of the pools. I was hoping for a little better restaurant options but it’s still worth the stay here.

OMG! It was a wonderful place. Great resort for families and couples! Fell in love with the indoor jacuzzi and loaded it up with bubbles! Had a fantastic time with my sweetheart!

It's actually a really good place for the location in Cancun. It's a small footprint squeezed between other buildings but walking distance to shopping areas. Service is great, pools on the roof, hot tubs, beautiful beach. You also get access to Moon palace, and that is the best resort in Cancun.

This is an all inclusive resort, therefore, you are catered to in any way possible. Within reason of course. The best thing is the 24 hour room service. The resort also has 4 in house restaurants available to all guest. Restaurants options are Italian, steak, sushi and international buffet. Beach palace also has sister hotels which are available to you with your stay, that includes their respective restaurants and pool centers. The hotel also offers a play room for kids with a friendly staff in case you need a little adult time. If you don't want to take a dip in the ocean, you can choose to relax in their ground level pool or go up to the roof top pool with a view. No matter where you decide to swim, hotel staff will be walk around and take your drink and food orders.

Nice resort, I didn't actually stay here. I stayed at the sister hotel in Benito Jaurez which was named Moon Palace. When you are staying at any of the palace hotels in Mexico, you can travel to their different hotels to experience their wide variety of amenities. I came here twice during my trip in December 2017. The food is exceptionally great, they have got a lot of local food at the hotel buffet during lunch. I think the best thing personally for this hotel would be the beach. HOLY it is gorgeous. The water is so blue like what you see in pictures and the sand is so white it all almost seems fake. If you love to swim / hang out in the beautiful Caribbean sea, well this is the place to be.

This is my least favorite of the Palace Resort chain. I don’t recommend staying here. Crowded, noisy and the food isn’t at par with their other properties.
In additionwhatever you doDON’T ATTEND THE SALES PRESENTATION. Beach Palace is ground zero for their aggressive sales engine. Buyer be warned.
My wife and I regret our decision to buy into Palace Resorts. Too late for us but for othersplease don’t fall into this trap.response / report this review -

Disappointed; Not what we paid for.
Too many unnecessary inconveniences. Poor maintenance within room. Problems with Lock, Lights, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, replacement of supplies. Paid extra for “upgrades”. Went to Cancun to see the blue water, weird feeling to see it against the Yellow water coming out from the room’s hot tube faucet. Paid for a day pass for waterslides at The Grand – Only one slide was working and knew about it until we were there. Make sure you are using shoes while walking within the Waterpark… wife got burnt walking barefoot. Definitely not returning back, there are better hotels out there!response / report this review -

The location is in a nice spot. The service here is amazing as the people seem to truly care for you. However, room service is a bit slow. The rooms went beyond my expectations, especially at this price point in Cancun. The food is excellent as well as the bars that can be found throughout the resort. Lovely place. Really, really gorgeous. I took the shuttle from Moon Palace Nizuc to enjoy an afternoon here. With the hotel bracelet, it was very easy to pop over and get food and drinks. We had a lovely afternoon at the buffet, swimming, and enjoying an ocean view.

The location is in a nice spot. The service here is amazing as the people seem to truly care for you. However, room service is a bit slow. The rooms went beyond my expectations, especially at this price point in Cancun. The food is excellent as well as the bars that can be found throughout the resort. Overall, a positive experience, highly recommend this place for people in this budget!

The staff is extremely fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure your have an excellent stay. Issues: 1- the buffet is their best restaurant. We tried the restaurants and ended up at the buffet every time even after the romantic dinner. 2- the hotel credits is a joke. Over priced and almost what you pay for booking direct. 3- rooms are small for Cancun and the hotel is too crowded. We stayed before at other resorts that are further out but delivered a superior experience. It a good place to go if you are running out of options but their are better choices in Cancun.

The food was great! The restaurants were very good we went to Riviera Maya and tatorallia and the food was very fresh. After a while though you begin to notice the patterns which is fine because the resort is massive! And the palace beach beach is incredible! Moon palace had a great place to snorkel at the edge of the Beach but the beach wasn't the greatest.

It is an all inclusive resort so you really don't need to leave: beach, pools, restaurants and even a gift shop are all on site. The rooms are spacious and the amenities and staff all top-notch. Be sure to ask for an ocean view room -- the vista will take your breath away, especially if you are on a high floor. Exceptional staff. Clean beach with boogie board waves. Clean rooms. Great food! Family oriented. Small hotel in the zone with bigger sister resorts nearby if you want a visit day of chaos elsewhere.

Beautiful views, good wait service. Our room was gorgeous with a great ocean view. The moscato they served was delicious. Japanese restaurant was good. The yours offered nearby were amazing and fun. The spa was even better than I thought. Loved this place.
