We are staying in a junior suite. It is very large. The room is clean and nicely decorated. The grounds are beautiful. The restaurant is reasonably priced and very good service.

Excellent Safe Place! Away from loud nightlife area but only a 10-15 minute walk to the main area if you would like to party and taxis readily available! Clean and spacious room, great food, ,and lovely staff!

Wonderful and picturesque. Great and friendly manager and staff. Peaceful, clean, tropical Paradise. Off the usual Cancun path, but still very convenient to everything. Will stay again.

The hotel was very nice. The pool was beautiful, it looked out over the lagoon, with the restaurant either inside or out in the patio. The suite was clean, nice looking, and it had a kitchen. The one draw back is that the kitchen and dining area was not air conditioned. Only the bedroom was air conditioned. Beds were comfortable. They say give you a Continental breakfast with each night stay.

Located at the lagoon, not too far to next bus stop and party (coco bongo 10 minutes walk). Rooms are big and looks really good. Always clean. Stuff is really nice and helps in any situation. Just the wifi it's a little bit slow

The hotel is in very good location of hotelzone the staff is very gentle and really cooperated the only thing that I didn't like is no Wi-Fi in the rooms but the rest it's really nice

Beautiful view, lovely restaurant staff!
However, the lobby staff are rude and not welcoming!

The cleaning lady will steal anything she likes so lock your bags up in the storage! Yes, she actually stole my shorts and no one was surprised once I reported it! Hmmm telling.
Make sure they know when you will be back or else you will not be able to get your things out of the storage because of poor lobby management!

20 minutes away from the tourist attractions.

Awesome place to stay. We actually had a rather bad room, but right after we arrived, there was an amazing downpour and our room flooded out. The manager immediately gave us a completely renovated room. Fantastic margaritas at the poolside bar. Super close to the hotel zone. Careful, there can be crocodiles that come up as it's lagoon side. Any common sense will keep you safe though. The bartender from Merida wen above and beyond to help us out.

We booked the junior suite. The things we liked were the location, staff, the pool and that we had a fridge and kitchen area. There is no stove, just a coffee machine. The bathroom was okay, disappointed with the floor construction (water never drained out in the shower). We had no wi-fi coverage in the room so do consider this if it's important for you. I feel the price was mostly for the area as the suite was huge. The décor is simple with all essential furniture. For the location I think the price was pretty good as we didn't find a cheaper hotel nearby.
