The service and staff provided a good service. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the Wifi is mediocre. It turns on and off at random points in time. Other than that all was well.

It has a strategic location especially if one is looking to visit not only the touristic area but also the city and trying to merge with the locals. I had a bad experience regarding their reservation system when to a large work group concerned.
It seems that the rooms where oversold on dates when there were many activities taking place in Cancun. This caused some problems to our coworkers. Plus the rooms smelled like mold.
It saves them a bit the friendliness of the staff.response / report this review -

Decent rates for an overnight stay. Small rooms. New construction. No shampoo.

A good and cheap option if you want to spend few days in Cancun. It's not a fancy place but it's clean and they serve breakfast. Also, if you want to spend your days visiting beaches and cenotes, you can save some money using it for those activities.
