  Extremely friendly staff and the food was super luxurious. Be sure not to miss the family bath when you're there and be hungry by dinner time.

  I loved this hotel and the food was amazing, the people were great, I think they were giving us a hard time, like you do with family. It was wonderful. I felt a real bond with them after all the other places we stayed. Stay there at least one night it is so worth it.

  It's nice, and expensive. I was a bit disappointed when the owner went to traditionally welcome some new guests but got up and didn't care when her staff basically said, "they're foreigners."

  客室は"準"和風というのでしょうか。私が泊まった部屋は小上がり付きの入り口から化粧部屋、続きで客室となっていました。客室から個室風呂へ行けるようになっており、入り口からも靴のまま行ける次の間があり、そこからお風呂にも行けるようになっていました。誂えは和なのですが、個人的にはあまり重厚感は感じませんでした。個室風呂が桧風呂なのですが、所々黴が付いていたりしたのには若干ガッカリしました。
  ただ、仲居さん達の丁寧な対応には賛嘆しました。姿勢、お話の流れ、配膳の流れ、付近の観光説明、素晴らしかったです。懐石もとても美味しかった。
