Had the worst experience here. Their website offers misleading pricing. Says it fits two people but they later said that only one person can go in. Had us speak to customer service for hours and had us sit in the lobby overnight rather than give us a room that we have already paid for. Staff was also very condescending thinking that we could not understand japanese, and say nasty things behind the counter. DO NOT VISIT.
Hotel was a comfortable walk (800m) to the Shin-osaka station. Rooms were small and a tad old but adequate.
Close to shin Osaka station, adequate access and room is much better than other small double rooms we have had in Japan. It is still small but you have enough room to not feel claustrophobic and room is modern and very clean. Not much around hotel restaurant wise but that's just a small negative. Would return if visiting Osaka again.
It's a decent budget hotel. We wanted to change to a non smoking room, but unfortunately they were all booked. I was a little bugged at that because I felt like I was inhaling the previous persons scent. Walls were a bit dirty too. It would definitely help if they just got rid of all the rugs in the place. They use the place for wedding venues it seems. This location is around 5 blocks away from the main station. This makes it convenient to travel and sightsee. It's also fun to see everyone frequently riding their bikes and playing soccer in the neighborhood. There are about 3 convenience stores within a few blocks, as well.
For the price this place was awesome. Super clean. Welcoming staff. If you don't get breakfast with your room definitely still check it out. Very nice and something for anyone. Not just Japanese breakfast. Will definitely stay again if I'm in Osaka with a rail pass.
Relaxing stay. Great Japanese sylte bathroom
Room pretty good for the price range. However the faucet don't have one turn temperature faucet so its hard to get to the sweet 40c water temperature
the location is a bit far from Osaka Station but the shuttle bus that will bring you to and from the hotel and shin-osaka is on time. the indicated time of the shuttle bus in the website is followed. the room is good enough for Asian built. English is ok but when I called they don't speak English but they are nice enough to try. :) a bit expensive and room is a bit small
Toilet made a running water sound constantly. 70s decor and technology. Not up to modern earthquake code.
