Great location, just 10 - 15 minutes walk to the metro, or the buzzing streets of Shinjuku, yet a quiet place. Friendly staff and big rooms as compared to Japan standards. These are serviced apartments with a kitchenette and looked like a newly renovated.

I absolutely love this place & I highly recommend it! The rooms are big & it's clean & tidy. The cleaning team come over regularly to keep it clean. They have a small but nice 24 hour gym inside the hotel if you need a workout, and also a coin operated laundry room if you need to do some washing.

We stayed here for 10 nights and had a pleasant stay. It was a handy to have a kitchenette for eating breakfasts and dinners back at the room. There are bakeries and convenience stores near by and even the Isetan basement food hall which is close enough to pick up food and drinks on the way back.

The service was great, room cleaned well every day. Also loved the random TV channels on their cable TV. Wi fi worked really well. Note that this place is quite far from Shinjuku station but close by to the Marunouchi red line which goes to Tokyo station for the shinkansen or you can take this line back to Shinjuku to transfer.

Seemed to be a lot of tours staying here so got quite crowded in the small lobby some mornings and evenings. It was good to have a coin laundry on the first floor but also could get busy. Would stay here again if looking for serviced apartment style accommodation

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, in my life! Let alone in Japan! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was perfect, the bathroom had perfect water temperature, and the staff was helpful! All in all would stay here again!

Great location, 30 minutes from Tokyo station by taxi, 5-7 minutes walk from Godzilla, 10 minutes walk to metro station, great little restaurants nearby. Lobby is open 24/7, English speaking staff available every time we needed help with tourist sites. Small rooms, firm beds, small bathroom, quiet place even though is in Shinjuku. Laundry mat on site, washers have a built in detergent dispenser and it's included in the price. Breakfast is not suited for westerners, would stay stay here again.

Nice location. In a quiet area, close to the lights and noise of Shinjuku. Rooms are larger than most others. Very good toiletries.

Friendly staff, close enough to train station. Bus service, convenience store and restaurants only few minutes away walking distance. Hotel is clean and very comfortable.

Central to eateries, most convenience shops like 7/11, train is local and the bus is right outside the building. Room is a good size with almost daily room service. Staff are all very lovely people and very welcoming. Laundry facilities available. WiFi connection in the room which is free. Small kitchenette is convenient for tea and coffee, a microwave and small bar fridge. TV in the room with DVD player, local channels only I think, didn't really watch while here. I would recommend the Citadines Shinjuku for affordable accommodation.

Sent to a smoking floor after booking non-smoking which was corrected. There was dried feces on one of my 'clean' towels and the range-hood over the stove makes it sound like there are aircraft flying overhead constantly if there is the slightest breeze. It's far enough away from the metro and the JR stations that you don't want to walk but at least there is a bus stop very nearby. The excellent reception staff are wasted at such a venue.

Really good accommodation nearby Shinjuku train station. Staff was very helpful and the hotel was right nearby shopping areas, bars and restaurants. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet of hot food a bit pricey but convenient especially if you are accustomed to large portions.
