Elegant hotel with great staff and a nice restaurant with a perfect garden view. Take a walk in the garden after the breakfast (breakfast in the restaurant is strongly recommended). There is quite a variety of
popular restaurants and clubs in the neighbourhood (walkable distance from the hotel). You can take the Airport Limousine (bus) from Narita Airport to go to the hotel and back to airport. Metro station is also very close. There is a quite big electronics shop nearby (BIC).

Amazing service. Gardens are just beautiful. So handy to the train station with shops right on your door step. Would absolutely recommend.

A huge hotel and probably one of the best in Tokyo. It has everything you could imagine. I never stayed, but I have used their wonderful meeting rooms on several occasions. Staff are really helpful. I highly recommend the garden.

Staff was confused about their own check-in process. They didn't even try to be courteous. Overall it was a strange experience, especially for a hotel hosting the world baseball classic players and their families.

Excellently located hotel, very easy to get around Tokyo from the metro station which is a 2 minute walk away. Staff were all exceptionally helpful too! If I had to pick a fault, I'd say I've found better gym facilities in similarly priced hotels. Just a couple of treadmills and a mat.

Stunning 5 star hotel with a gorgeous Japanese Garden dating back over 400 years. I highly recommend having lunch overlooking the garden, followed by a walk through the koi ponds, and night time drinks in the Sky Bar overlooking the city. The service at the hotel is top notch everywhere you go and the room amenities include Shiseido products. Overall it was a memorable stay and I truly hope to return again someday!

Stayed at the Zen Executive floor in the main building multiple times and it has always been a great experience, kind staff and many shops in the hotel including a Family Mart convenience store.
