Did not stay in the rooms, but came here for a IT business mixer. Staff was very attentive and polite. Conference room was decently big, nothing out-of-the-ordinary.

The best customer service in Tokyo. The staff are accommodating, speak fluent English, and make you feel at home. My room also had a great view of the city and Tokyo Tower.

Impeccable housekeeping!
Used to use physical keys but now has key cards.
For the eco conscious, do check the drawers for the linen card to instruct housekeeping to not change your linen.response / report this review -

Very clean and helpful, kind staff. Convenient bus to Narita Airport. Short walk to Tokyo Metro. Fantastic shower and great view. Would definitely go back again!!

立地5 駅から近く道も分かりやすい。 部屋5 照明も適度で掃除も行き届いてる。 サービス2 多く係の女性の接客が笑顔も無く最悪。居心地は最低レベル。

Friendly, clean, basic rooms and amenities for a reasonable price. Location is close to kundashita station and walking distance to many other stations

Nice and very clean hotel. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. Lots of spread. Rooms are small . Metro and good restaurants are very nearby. Good for business travellers. BY is generally crowded, try to go before 7.30AM.
