Great view from top floor rooms and rooftop pool, clean updated rooms (though bed was a bit firm), and the most accommodating service.

Very delicious and multiple choices breakfast! The room is comfortable and quite. Only one cons is that the location is not close to Duomo, takes +15min to walk, better to take bus 23 & C1.

Had a wonderful 4 nights here. Fantastic location right on the river in a great part of town away from the crowds. Very good breakfast buffet w/ eggs, meats, fruit and pastries. Roof top deck had stunning views of Florence with a great bar that we closed all 4 nights! The only odd thing was the shower. You couldn't help but get water everywhere. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay here. Had a room with a balcony and we had a great dinner on the balcony enjoying Florence at night. Be warned if you're driving into the hotel there are restricted zones all around it. Do call to get directions for how to get in to avoid the zones and the fines that go along with them

We really enjoyed our experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the food was good, and pool on the roof really hit the spot. Will definitely be back next time we are in Florence. My only complaint was the room, little small.

We decided to upgrade to the room with the balcony and wow it was so worth it. We had a great view of the river Arno and the Piazza Guiseppe Piggies among other beautiful structures across the river. The room itself was spacious and immaculate. Service from everyone around the hotel was excellent; everyone was so accommodating. Hotel location is great too as it's just minutes walk to a number of museums and monuments. Florence is such a beautiful city, and the Lucchesi is the kind of hotel to make your stay that much more memorable.

I love this hotel! Very comfy, clean and spacious rooms with view. The colors of the room are relaxing. The complimentary biscuit was a nice touch. Their rooftop setting is nice and they have live performers at night.
