Great location and clean rooms. This hotel is 1 minute away from the Duomo and the republic square and hence convenient for tourists. We did not use a taxi during our whole 4 day trip in Florence as it is easy to walk to all locations and the railway station from this location.

No AC, horrible breakfast, and wifi doesn't work. But the icing on the cake was the semen filled plastic bag we found in our room-absolutely disgusting. This place is horrible.

Nice sized room. Room is serviced everyday, but only receive fresh towels every third day. Front desk attendants were very helpful. The breakfast was a good offering of fresh bread and pastries along with meats and cheeses. They also had coffee machines to make fresh espresso drinks.

Less than 10 min walk to almost everywhere, very kind and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room, and these are just a few thing that make this a really great place.

The day before we arrived, we stayed at a 2 star highway hotel in Germany. Compared to this hotel, the 2 star hotel was like a luxury hotel.

We arrived around 22:00 to probably the most unhappy receptionist on the planet. Even though we had booked two rooms fitted for small children, no extra bed for the babies were provided. One of the rooms smelled of sewer. When we went back to the reception, the answer was incredible "I am not Mary Poppins, I can't help you" she said.

Breakfast nothing to talk about, couple of different dry wheat products, ham and salami, coffee and alike.

There is basically free parking in front, but they'll have you drive to a garage and pay 25€ a day.

Do your self and your family a favor, pay a bit more and get a hotel that doesn't makes you regret your trip to Florence.

Nice hotel in the center in Florence. Walking distance from everything you need to see. Service was appropriate and professional. The provided breakfast also had a decent selection.
