Very interesting hystoric Palace. Good International Breakfast with friendly service people. Will stay there again next time I'll visit Florence and invite others to enjoy those good price/value offers.

Room was very cold, even with the heat blasting all night. There were no blankets in the room - we were only able to get one thin one from the front desk which was insufficient. The mattress was worn out - bedsprings poked my hips and butt all night. Good location, good breakfast, nice staff, but we would not stay there again.

Everything was excellent, flawless really. We got a big cozy room and the breakfast had a wide variety of foods. The location is great, as it's close to the train station.I'd recommend it to anyone and would return to it myself if I were to return to Florence.

Very convenient location near the train station. Rooms are simple and the pillows are good. We had two towels in the bathroom and then three, what appeared to be, pillowcases. No floor towel, no hand towels, no washcloths. Odd. When room service came, they left a floor mat but didn't change the hand soap dispenser, which was out of soap. The A/C worked well and the room was pretty clean. The bed was comfy and the pillows were great. Breakfast was good and in line with other European hotel included breakfasts. Overall, I would stay here again.

We had some issues staying here. The room we were initially shown into smelt like sewage. We got another room once the staff confirmed the smell, but it was far smaller than the previous room we had paid for. The bathroom was rediculously small, as a guy, you couldn't stand to urinate because the sink was in the way, this seems strange by even European standards. Walls were extremely thin and could hear the rooms next door and constant furniture shifting(??) upstairs. Additionally our room was right next to the hotel sign overlooking the street so night did not some. The "international" breakfast included was far from international - think small continental. Staff were helpful and accommodating when asked, however I'm sure there is better value elsewhere.

Excellent location! Only a 5 minute walk from the main train station and a short walk to all the main sites. We had a very nice room with small balcony and beautiful view of the Dome of the main Basilica. Excellent friendly staff and a very nice breakfast.

Decent room, very comfortable bed and very good location. I personally think the breakfast there lacks a couple of things, but good overall.

On the bad side, the WiFi is extremely bad. The speed is barely enough for a 480p YouTube video. Also, I'm from Spain and I can only plug my devices in two of all the sockets in the room. Quite frustrating.
