Excellent hotel in a good location close to market. Nice n clean rooms, good continental breakfast. overall we enjoyed staying at the hotel, it's value for money. 👍👍

Great hotel for a great price! It's only about a 15 min walk to get to the heart of Florence. It's of the busy roads, so nice and calm

Location: the hotel is a little over a mile east of the city center and all of the sites. There are other hotels on the street and the area feels overall safe.

Room: my room is small, like most rooms in Italy. However, the bathroom's layout make the toilet and shower difficult to use since the toilet is on a ledge, directly next to the shower. The shower head is facing the narrow part of the shower rather than the long part, which leaves little room. Lastly, the room had a smell like cigarette smoke and urine when I first arrived.

Service: service is good for the most part. The staff is nice. They take your key everytime you leave the hotel which made me uncomfortable. Breakfast is included and not bad.

I probably won't stay here again but it did the job for this trip at this price.

Hotel jane is a lovely hotel. The hotel is situated about a mile from the city center. The rooms are quite small, but we don't spend much time in it anyways. However, the room had a funny odor when we first entered. The bathroom is also small and has an awkward layout which doesn't leave much room for movement. The staff is friendly. We had to give them our key every time we left and they would return it upon our arrival. Overall it does the job, but we would likely find a room closer to the city center.

Recently spent 7 nights at the Hotel Jane.The Hotel is situated on a relatively quiet road just outside the main tourist area;within 10 minutes you can walk to any of the main tourist attractions.The staff were invariably friendly and pleasant especially the well dressed gentleman on the front desk.The room was fine with a balcony overlooking the street and with air conditioning.The shower WC etc were good and everything was clean and well maintained.The breakfast room was pleasant and cheerful and the breakfasts were generous and varied;cold meats,cheese,rolls,croissants,cereal,fruit juice,fresh fruit and more.Hot water for tea,and coffee was from a machine and unlimited.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider using the hotel if we visit Firense again.
