5mins walk to Firenze SMN. Very near to Mercato Centrale. Alot of food available near hotel. Where we enjoy our dinner and wine. Room heater and air con works perfectly. Front desk staffs very helpful. May improve on breakfast buffet.

Rooms are really big and decorated in Roman character. Service is excellent and the hotel breakfast is good. Coffee is American style and a little watered down would liked to see authentic Italian coffee. One downside is the water temperature for the shower is not steady fluctuates hot and cold. Location is great walking distance to all major attractions.

Great location, which was super close to the train station. Big room and affordable rate. Excellent buffet breakfast. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel fairly close to the center of Florence. Rooms are small like most in this area. Bed is rather hard but everything is clean and tidy. Bathroom is small and has a useless bidet taking up valuable space. No problems with excessive noise. Breakfast is included and offers the usual cold items. I give this hotel a good rating based on the price and on similar hotels in the area.

Had a great time in the hotel for 2 nights.
Staff was friendly from check-in to check-out. Helpful with city tour advices and room services. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too. Good variety of food.
Well located, close to the train station (6 mins by walk) and to the main touristic places in the city as well (average 15 mins by walk).response / report this review -

Wifi was the best, super fast and didn't have a gate like most places. Breakfast is what I expected for a 3 star-- skip the croissants. Rooms were spacious and we were upgraded to the one with the patio on 3rd floor. Beds were on the firmer side. Close to train, but just far enough. Central market is right around corner and the busy street down a block provided decent enough restaurants.

A pretty little hotel near enough to the city centre. Good 8f you are able enough to walk okay, this hotel has lovely friendly staff and is pretty well equipped, albeit slight past its heyday. Recommended fir a short break.

Great service and super close to the sites! It is also right next to the train station. The decor of this place is also very fun :) I highly recommend this place.

The rooms themselves were very average, things were slightly getting to be old. But the staff itself was nice and ready to help—they were very excited to give us directions. Nice stay, very average.
