Hotel is quite good: nice breakfast, clean room and helpful staff. Ideal for city break, suitable for families. Hotel located within walking distance from Colosseum and Central Train Station. Tram and bus station outside hotel.

I would like to give it four and half stars. The room space is limited and facilities not very good. But the receptionists are really helpful, showing us the direction, allowing me to use the reception telephone and helping store our luggage after check out. And the breakfasts which are included into the room fare is also good.

Hotel is close to public transport stops and Termini station, so it is a good base for exploring Rome. Room was comfortable enough for 2 says stay. Breakfast was good ( although at second day of our stay choices were limited - maybe because hotel was very full).
It's possible to left luggage after checkout but it seems to me unsafe - luggage was not marked so theoretically anyone can take your luggage.response / report this review -

We loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, very informative even if asking tourist questions and done a lot to help us with our baggage issue. The room was clean and kept tidy and well maintained, everyday new sheets and towels were left, beds more comfortable than we expected. The hotel restaurant on the roof terrace was excellent, food was incredible and the wait staff were very friendly, was not too expensive. The location was great for us, we like to explore but was a little further from the centre of Rome than I expected, a short walk to the nearest Metro in San Giovanni and a 10 min metro ride to wherever you needed to go solved that problem of you didn't want to walk far. We heard a lot of ambulances around the area which could be off putting but it didn't bother us at all and you learn to zone out from noise. Overall very happy with this hotel and we would definitely return again!

Decent location but the hotel wasn't the best. It was a bit dingy and was generally had an uncomfortable ambience. Best feature of the hotel was the large Terrace which had ample seating and a bar. It was a nice place to sit and wait for the sun to settle with a drink in your hand. Didn't get to try the in-house breakfast or food so no comment there. Staff were really nice and welcoming.

Wasnt impressed with food. Rooms were nice but bathroons were outdated and the bath/shower didn't have a curtain or anything to keep water from spraying out of the tub. The bath didbt drain well either.

Located about 20 minutes walk from the Coloseum with views of the old Roman Aqueduct from the front of the hotel, not many more positive comments. Pretty basic rooms, staff not too friendly, wouldn't stay here again unless getting it for next to nothing.
