It's a 4-star hotel up to its standard. The room was clean and large. They also have a shop where you can buy beverages some food and souvenirs. There are a bar and a very large conference center. The location unfortunately is not central but this is compensated by lower prices.

Everything was perfecto, staff is gente and helpful, location is a bit far, its located close to the "Aurelia" road. Breakfasts are fine, rooms are really good. Would visit again soon if It wasn't for me being spanish and this hotel being located in Italy.

Really a fantastic place, with a good service. The staff was also really good and serious, the connection was enough fast, and the room cute, the pool was cool too, the tv had enough channels. I advice this place to everyone.

Positive :The hotel (complex) is clean, tidy nicely furnished and greatly maintained inside and out with very friendly and helpful staff.
Negative: Geographical location. It is isolated from amenities and attractions if you have no personal transport. This is more noticeable when venturing in the evening leaving you to settle for the services and entertainment offered by the hotel unless you wish to spend approximately. €90.00+ for a return taxi trip. Walking in the immediate area away from the hotel grounds will be very visually disappointing as it is arid and unkempt with copious amounts of litter and debris on the roadside with little to no pavement for pedestrian safety.
Positive: The Hotel does provide a first come first serve shuttle bus service to Rome (town centre) which runs from the morning through to late afternoon /early evening. This service is priced reasonably at €6.00 return trip.
Negative: The shuttle has recently had its late service removed.
Positive: The restaurant has a high food quality and standard. The atmosphere is quite and tasteful. Pricing is average to high.
Negative : Limited menu choice.
Positive : The local bus service runs regularly approx half hourly with a stop outside the complex. You will need this service to access the underground train network which is fairly easy to navigate.
Negative : This service again stops early evening and is greatly reduced on Sundays.
Conclusion: Nice hotel but vastly let down by its location. Once you leave the front door your on your own.
First class open prison really!

Horrible experience! The room is not even close to what is shown in the pictures. They donot switch on AC even when it is very hot. I was travelling with a baby who would wake up crying in the night because it was hot. When I requested, the lady at the front desk shrugged as if she didnot care :( Flush didnot work & was never fixed. I wanted to carry warm milk for my baby from the buffet breakfast, and was told that my baby had to drink it there else I have to throw it out. No kettle in the room to warm milk that I bought. Very very far from the city & the shuttle NEVER kept time. Very rude front desk. They laughed at my accent and made fun of me in Italian.

You only get one hour of free WiFi each day per person, the room was overall clean, there is a bus stop nearby, and there is no air conditioning until summer

Staying as big group and hotel want 3 Euro each person per day to use their slow WiFi. NO WiFi for any guest, Be alert and aware. In addition, AC was off and weather is hot outside, they don't want to turn on the AC. What a pathetic service. Plus, it located very far from public transportation so additional cost of taxi and fee based hotel service bus will take a toll on you. Everyone need to avoid this hotel as plague. You will suffer emotionally and physically.

Nice place. Provides shutterbus for Vatican every hour, and it's too far from the center of Rome. Near a bus stop. Far from metrostation. It takes two metro and a bus from Coliseu to reach hotel.
