My 1st and last time at this hotel. While I’ve traveled many times abroad, this is the absolute first time I’ve ever had to deal with Hotel Managers and their staff in the area of theft. The items I purchased as souvenirs were probably of little value the fact remains that they were my belongings. I called to report to the manager that the items were in my room and then they were not. I have reached out to the manager and the reply is only the staff said nothing was left upon my checkout. No mention of any claim forms to complete or anything of that nature. Just a “the housekeeper said nothing was left”. I’m so disappointed. I only selected one star as it would not let me post anything with having a star selected.

Loved this hotel. It was near public transportation and great places to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The hotel was in a quiet area, rooms were clean and as silver card guests we have received nice bonus- welcome drink and sandwiches and two public transport tickets valid for 24 hours!

Loved the location: it is not too central so it has a lovely residential atmosphere, yet not too far either (couple of quick stops with the underground, or even walkable: took as about 45 min to get to the centre). Loved the room: clean, good quality furniture and interior, well equipped (maybe a tad small but it didn't distrub us), with good size bathroom (and full size bathtub). Loved the facilities, the layout and the feeling of the hotel tooand to top it all the staff is absolutely helpful, polite and welcoming. We really enjoyed our short break there, and are looking forward to repeating the experience.

A cool place with very easy access to the local Metro system, my 2 downsides are the pull out bed if the room will have 3 people sleeping in it and no tv remote. The pull out bed is not that comfortable and the 2 sheets that are provided 1 is a white sheet that was small the other was a blanket that was provided which I used to sleep.
The TV remote situation was not Good so we had to use the buttons on the side to access BBC World News. Other than those the fitness room and computers with other things made this hotel nice. Of course my bother swapped my bed for his so I did for some comfy sleep!

It was a nice, but very small hotel room. It has an okay breakfast, but since Italians aren't known for eating breakfast, I'd say it's pretty good. Has a delicious cappuccino machine! I would stay here again, but I wish it was closer to the main attractions. We had to take taxis to get to places because it is so far away. I would recommend taking a taxi directly from the airport for people who don't know Italian train stations. After the express train to the train station, it gets a little confusing on how to get to the hotel and would end up getting a taxi anyways. It saves a lot of time and money going directly to a taxi when you land.
