Comfortable stay, beautiful room, very affordable. The staff was even able to get us checked in at an earlier time and we really appreciated that. Highly recommend

The room is ok, feels very 3 star rather than 4. The only real good things I can say it that it has a jacuzzi bath and the bed was a proper bed rather than 2 singles pushed together.

Our bathroom had mould, the staff did not want to help (we asked for an ironing board, they didn't have anyone to bring it to our room so we went to get it. When we got there they wouldn't let us have it because they did not have reception cover, even though we were told to come) the bar was never staffed and it has been a struggle to communicate with the staff.

The hotel is miles away from all of the Rome attractions and will take an hour to wall to the nearest. There is a helpful bus stop opposite which will take you in to true Rome. Behind the hotel is a great street with a number of nice places to eat

Comfortable king-size bed in this standard room. Bus 81 is outside door step which takes you to a number of attractions. Bus 50 also outside doorstep that goes to Termini. Hotel also provided a kettle for my room upon my request.

Staying here for our anniversary turned out to be a great decision in the end, this could have easily been a negative review as we were initially given noisy rooms twice, but nice lady called Anna pretty much changed our view, great customer service she relocated us to a much quieter part of the hotel which meant we were able to get the quality sleep we craved for.

Breakfast was english usually bacon sausage, eggs etc - Simone is the live of the restaurant great guy always in a good mood, by the end of our stay he knew my wife always asks for a hot chocolate and he brought her one without her asking - attention to detail

Good transport connection to Termini the main train station (bus 50 & 105) and bus 81 will take you to all the touristy sites

Paid 60 euros for taxi from the airport to the hotel, used the slow train back to airport this cost 8 euros per person from termini.

My husband and I stayed here during our trip in Rome. I must say it is a VERY nice hotel in a calm neighborhood. I must say we really enjoyed our stay, a nice room with mini fridge and Jacuzzi bathtub. Definitely should mention how nice the staff was. Helping you very detailed with every question.

If I could say one thing.. we would spend our entire day roaming around in Rome.. then come back to the hotel. At the and of the day, you're super tired because of all the walking you just want to be in your bed asap. The hotel is about 30-40 minute walk from the downtown area Rome. So once we would head back.. we were too tired to walk back and take the bus (this is super easy!).

I think if I would come back to Rome I would prefer getting a hotel a little closer to the touristic area. Just because you might want to go back to the hotel midday and chill a little then head out again.. we couldn't do that because we felt like it was to much of a hassle going back all the way and then going downtown again etc. BUT!! The hotel was so nice.. we didn't mind at all to just stay outside the entire day and come back later in the evening.

Room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Great price for the room and service. Very helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Cafe Americano was a nice touch. Ate dinner there as well several times. Food was excellent, service again top notch. Was there in 2013.

Nice hotel, decent area. 30min walk from Rome Termina station and not far from the action. That said, wife and i weren't big fans of Rome at all. Venice is awesome.

Good rooms, good service. Air con is generated for all the rooms so there is no way of adjustment if you wish which is a letdown. Overall would recommend

Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is a bit of a hike away from down town but it wasn't to far for us young guys to walk. Wouldn't recommend walking for a family. The walls of the room are very scuffed or dirty. Shower head is awful and combined with the half shower wall, a lot of water leaks or splashes on the floor. You have to use the hand towels to mop up all the water after a shower. Mentioned to front desk but they didn't replace the shower head. Housekeeping does a good job. Breakfast is good (for a hotel), with a satisfying selection. Air conditioning didn't work, and the warm air it blew didn't smell very good. Good enough for two easy going travellers but a family or anyone wanting a better maintained or located hotel should look elsewhere.
