The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is really nice. The beds were quite comfortable but they were a bit stiff. The room was spacious but it didn't look like the photo that was online, we later found out that they had 2 different types of rooms.
The Policlinco train station is only a couple minutes away if you walk. There are a couple of restaurants nearby as well. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear people talking, cars and the sirens from the police/ambulance cars. If you go during winter time, there is no air conditioning in the room so I recommend to open the window a bit if you find it to hot and don't mind that much noise.

Nice hotel. The location is quite central and near the trams. The rooms are good even if there is too much noise from nearby rooms. The service is very good. So I think this is a quite good hotel.

Stayed there for the third time this August, this time with my wife and two kids (6 and 8). The hotel is located near the University - not in the historical center, but close to the central station and easily reachable by Metro (line B, Policlinico). The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room with four beds was ideal for our family and very cool during the heatwave of this August. We will come back!

Excellent location, spacious and very clean rooms, super-friendly staff, very good breakfast. It is a 3-star hotel that beats a lot of 4-star :) Definitely recommended

Nice hotel in the academic area of Rome. Clean room, quiet and close to many restaurants.

Good location, a bit out of the centre but within walking distance of a metro station. Large rooms with bunk beds for the kids, no moaning from them about having to share a bed! Breakfast is good too.
