My husband and I just spent a week at this hotel. I cannot say enough nice things about it. The location could not be better being close to all the sights we wanted to see. The room was very clean and quiet. It included a nice breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. The staff could not have been more helpful. They confirmed many of our scheduled events, told us how to use the bus system, and gave great recommendations for things to so and places to eat. If we ever are lucky enough to travel to Florence again, we would definitely stay in this charming hotel.

Very good location, good services.
A walking distances to all interesting places for visit. Very clean hotel and rooms as well.

Fantastic location, decent price, room had an upstairs loft where the bed is which was unexpected, but also has two bathrooms which is quite nice. Had a balcony which was a nice bonus as well. Mattress was very firm which some may not like. Biggest detractor is not great entertainment amenities, and ideally would have better power plug locations. Detractors not enough to dissuade from staying again.

The location is excellent, right on the river in the heart of the historical district, within very easy walking distance of monuments, museums, shops and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and speaks English. Have stayed here for a number of years.

Cheery helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble for them to help. Hotel atmosphere very relaxed and friendly and it is located alongside the River Arno almost level with the Ponte Vecchio, near enough to the historic centre of the city but far enough away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
The hotel is extremely clean and also has a roof terrace so smokers don't have to stand out on the street for a cigarette.response / report this review -

Wonderful staff and accommodations, came to visit my family last minute and they found me a single room at a discount price. Quite comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, and overall a good experience
