Really nice hotel. Very friendly staff well appointed rooms and complimentary breakfast. Very handy for the railway station 5 minutes walk and no more than 10 minutes to Florence centre. Enjoyed our stay here

Wonderful customer service. Walked us to our rooms and handled all the luggage. Spoke English. Helped us book city tours. Not to mention the hotel itself is beautiful! 15 min walk to city center,

Amazing value! Great location in the city center. The room was generously sized, and was very well equipped and decorated. We even had a hot tub with jets which was a welcome surprise after all the walking we'd done over the previous days.

Must stay place in Florence. Located just 100 metres from main station. I was able to stay here and visit Pisa in day 1. Hotel served excellent breakfast and the staff is extremely helpful. Main attractions like Palazzo Vechio, San Lorenzo, Ponte Vechio etc. are in a radius of 2 kms

Old fashioned very nice hotel. Child friendly and lovely breakfast on a small outdoor space. Very conveniently located next to the station and the city centre.
