Great location adjoining the mall. Food is good in the hotel restaurant and great service. Rooms are basic, clean, secure and functional; although a shortage of electrical outlets.

The rooms’re clean. It’s nice place for kids birthday party at level 5 smiley - winky room..

It's a clean and nice hotel. The conference room was very nice. And it is connected to Mal Kelapa Gading, one of the biggest Mal in town, good for shopping and dining. If you are travelling for business, this hotel is a good choice.

One of the Harris Hotel in North of Jakarta is so simple yet so cute. This hotel is the only run a way catwalk place of Jakarta Fashion and Food Festival in 2018 event. And for the food festival is held in La Piazza Mall of Kelapa Gading near the hotel.

just like any other hotel. nothing special. many times went here for seminar, training, and meeting. the food just so so. this place just strategically has direct access to mall kelapa gading because it is the block. so, for the tourists, it would be an advantage.

The room is clean and quite spacious. The hotel has direct access to Mall Kelapa Gading. Swimming pool is not very clean. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Traffic around hotel tends to be heavy because of the construction of future subway.

Very good hotel for convention. Very accommodating and they have small gift shop downstairs. Price wise is not too expensive, and worth the comfort. Love the suite bed, very big and the pillows are very nice. Room also extra clean.

Everything is good, stayed here 7 years back for months, but today 18/12/2017, they gave me room 636. The sound from the cooling tower is so loud. Was feeling so nostalgic but felt so sad with this room given.

One of my favourite local chain hotel. I think the hotel in Kelapa Gading is the only Harris that offers carpeted room floor.
I give four stars for its friendly service, clean and spacious lobbly as well as nice breakfast. It also deserves four stars for the strategic location (just step outside and Mall Kelapa Gading is at your service.

Nice hotel. Great service at an affordable price. More like a business hotel for business travelers. Medium sized pool with a cozy gym and sauna. Nice breakfast buffet with a variety of food from different countries and juices.

Never complaining with this hotel, nice and friendly staff, almost every month i sleep here for work assignment. I love international breakfast they served. :) love it. The place is one building with mall, and this is an advantage for me to get food or shopping .

It's a minimalistic hotel with simple room setup but cozy atmosphere. You have a direct access to Mall Kelapa Gading which is nice. My complains are: the hotel may have missed to prepare some of the toiletries, and the wardrobe is somehow wobbly.
