Such an amazing place, so clean and well maintained. The staff are so nice, I would definitely come back again to this place. It’s got such a nice view too. I was given a room in the top floor and I couldn’t be happier, I woke up the beautiful sunrise every morning, and the breakfast spread was just scrumptious.

The food was very well made, there is also a convenience store downstairs which was one of the good things. Pool was clean and not much chlorine content in the water. Gym was good, rooms were immaculate.

Nice service and nice breakfast but room quite old, air condition is not good which cause air in the room feel uncomfortable.
The key card system is quite complicate and unreliable.

Had a great experience during my recent stay. All the staffs were very professional, helpful and polite. Breakfast was good and so were the food on the ala carte menu. The price of the stay per night was very reasonable, but the professionalism of the staffs were never compromised. I will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. Thank you for making my stay a good and memorable one.

All the experiences associated with out stay were pleasant, especially the professionalism of the staff and the superb breakfast. The only thing I would like the hotel to improve on is the wifi connection. The internet speed is not enough for one to finish work on the laptop. Other than this, I give it a five-star rating.

Convenient to airport.
Room a little old - flooring, mirror. As room facing highway, it was noisy at night.
But delighted by the 5 star breakfast spread and quality !

Free shuttle to the airport is a big advantage. The service standard is all good. The facilities are old and not in a good condition. I dislike the design of bathroom. It has easy access to the shopping malls nearby, the roads around the hotel are busy so it is kind of noisy at night. Breakfast is not bad.

Good location and excellent breakfast except bedsheet on my first checked in was dirty, I assumed it was not changed from previous other guests.
The room has thin wall so it was very noisy during the night.

They have pretty decoration for the room and it quite prestige but unfortunately for the air conditioner is hot and it's already old (you can tell by looking at their airconditioner) and the room is dusty.

This is the worst hotel me and families have ever been in my entire life. Super slow elevator, broken aircond, slow services, and the worst was the late check in.
We have been waiting for 1hr 45 menit in the lobby to check in (from 2PM till 3:45PM).
And my other relatives just be able to check in at 5:30 PM.

I consider it as neglecting customer.
And finally after the manager being forced to face us, as a customer we need to demand some compensation. There are no innitiative from the hotel management to compensate my family whatsoever.

I have never received any poor services from any hotel in my whole life like this.
I think this hotel is not qualified as a 4stars hotel!
I guess I will never book any Aston hotel in the future.
This hotel really are the worst!!!
I will rate it -5 if I could.

In general the services are quite acceptable especially the bell boys are very care and demonstrated their professionalism attitudes and highly initiating the best solution. The waiters are nice and beautiful with the exception of one waitress. Overall i will be back n willing to recommend your premise to my overseas friends. Have a wonderful days ahead.

keseluruhan nilainya 7 (skala 1-10).
tapi saat check in, memang agak lambat, it takes 20 mnt to wait. tapi ga masalah, mungkin karna lagi liburan jg, banyak yg check in so front desk nya agak keteteran.
kamar yg sy tinggal sering mati lampunya, mungkin ada konslet, sudah minta room service juga, tapi lama sekali progressnya, sudah nunggu 30 mnt fa dtg2, so saya cancel. akirnya tidur juga sering jatoh terus lamupnya, but overall its okay.

- the shower doesnt works well
- the elevator so noisy
- breakfast too standard
- check in not smooth, have to wait 10 minutes
- the biggest concern, every time u call taxi u to pick u up in lobby, u have to pay parking fee, every car whom entering the hotel must pay parking

Generally clean hotel. Basic amenities, room was rather warm when I went in. Likely to be limited by the "power" of the air-conditioner.

Walls are rather thin, you can hear the Air-Conditioner compressor running at night and long with the occasional water valves and pipes.

For the 4 star hotels, the service is really bad. First, the door lifr from basement to lobby is locked. Can't be opened from outside. We have to use stairs to bring our luggage to the lobby to check in. And we ask security, he said the only way to go to lobby is using stairs. Second, the hairdryer in our room broken. We call the house keeping, they told us to wait for replacement. After waiting 30 minutes, they said they didnt have any spare for hair dryer. How come for 4 stars hotel you can't provide any backup?! Our room number is 12107, you can check it.

Great location and lobby but the rooms were tired and not really up to your standards. The last Aston I visited was Cirebon and the 2 do not compare. If you wish to look after your brand you need to decorate the rooms. The staff, as ever, were superb and without fault.

Had a good stay at the Aston Pluit Jakarta. Located quite close to my meeting area. Has some good shopping malls in the vicinity, walking distance.

Checked in at 4 am so needed to have a late sleep in. Turned on the "do not disturb" sign yet the house keeping keep knocking on the door early in the morning (before 9am) and when we ignored him, he rang the bell. The funny thing is the bell can still be pushed even though the "do not disturb" sign is on. In other hotel it's unfunction if the "do not disturb" sign is turn on. So what is the use of "do not disturb" sign if we still be bothered with house keeping service? Also the elevator was on service so in order for us to go to the car park we have to call the attendance and he has to walk us around via service area

Cockroach on the bathroom, the room is stinky and the cleaning service not even done cleaning my room at 2 P.M.

This hotel is pretty bad compared to another which offer same price each night.

The room is big and clean. But, at the other access you can see something dangerous like the roof of your room is crack. And in the bathroom, you can see the worker doesn't work really done. Over all, the customer service is good, languages speaker not bad. This the only thing you must know! Snack or drinks in that room was paid. The welcome drink just mineral water. Well, the access from airport very easy for traveler like me.
