terrible room.. freezing cold floor. bathroom door cant be closed. closet lod cant be lifted up. the room is cellular signal repellant. uncomfortable pillow. average breakfast. but the price is relatively cheap and it is close to highway access. so, 3 stars.

Just a visit for a wedding ceremonies. The hall is big enough for maybe 200-250? I dont know the exact number. But overall is good. I dont know about the hotel. The hall price goes from about Rp.38.000.000,-. It may change tho.

I think its more than 10 times I went to this Hotel for a business meeting and conference. So far, the best about this Hotel is the staff, they are absolutely friendly and the willingness to assist us needs to be appreciated by their management.

The location is strategic for guests from outside the city, its near the airport and they have scheduled shuttle to airport.

However there are some points that I think can be upgraded.
1. The cleanliness of the restaurant for dinner, breakfast or lunch. The hotel need to post 1 stand by staff to tidy all the mess the guess may cause when they grab the food from the counter.

2. The hotel need to upgrade some of their furniture. There are few dents on the coach, table, or chairs I've found so far.

To sum up, the hotel need to upgrade their facilities. Because, there are lots of new hotels with almost the same facilities.

A small transit hotel at palem cengkareng area, location near by mall taman palem and shop and housing complex, just nice place to make a small meeting or gathering, room rate is fair and dont have much facility such as swimming pool or gym, just a two_stars hotel

the toilet not as clean as other aston hotel, there are dirty spot at closet. And also, the room wall is not clean, many dirty spot at the wall and at the window border as well.
when i went out the room, all doors (front side) are dirty, maybe you should re-paint it

Business style hotel with great entertainment and convenient lounge. Stayed here for two days. Really enjoy the range of breakfast dishes they offer. From western style like bread, various salad and different style of cooked eggs, and not to be forgotten traditional Indonesian food such as Nasi Goreng, Fried chicken and many more. If you stay during weekend they usually have live music performance during evening to amuse and warm up your dinner at their comfy restaurant. Though sadly was pretty disappointed as the staff wasn't really helpful and nimble. There was some malfunction for room equipment and furniture. Toilet was clogged as it didn't work properly. Air conditioner wasn't functioning well. It produce some engine noise especially during the night hence it disrupted our sleep. Clearly the hotel needs a major renovation to fix their building and improve their service.

Nice place to stay.. Unfortunatelly, there's no pool here.. The location is very strategic.. Near from hypermarket and plaza.. So easy to find alternative culinary,especially at night.. Breakfast is so delicious with many variety..

I was here because of wedding invitation. Great service, the food just okay (the fish was very salty), very nice place as expected from a hotel like Aston.. however no parking lot available, so it's like almost not possible to park here.

Good and hospitable place. Breakfast is great but the spices are too much in the early morning for my taste. So I just enjoyed a cup of coffee, some fruit juice, and some rice. Beds are neatly made and cleaned. Showers could use a bit of fungal removal or renovation. Also toilets get clogged easily, use the sprayer and not just toilet paper!!! I learned the hard way.

Location is not too far from airport. There are free scheduled airport shuttle, but not later than 4 p.m. Hotel facilities and rooms looked old and unclean. I specifically requested non-smoking room when booking, only to found out when check-in that non-smoking room was not available at all. My room reeked of tobacco and it was really annoying. Staffs were friendly.

Old building, renovated just to make it visually appealing. But it is obvious that there is no real maintenance. Room was just okay. Breakfast foods were cold. Except the meatball soup, that was pretty good. Don't expect Aston quality here. More like a budget hotel with Aston's name on it.

The worst part about the experience is that You will be woken up by calls for housekeeping at 8am. They do this for EVERY room!! Even if you had just come in on a late delayed flight and only had 2 hours of sleep. When you tell NO! to housekeeping they try to carry on a conversation such as laundry, checking out or staying in, clean the room or not.

Been here for friend's wedding. The ballroom is spacious enough for about 600 person, high ceiling for a bit grandeur atmosphere. The parking area is well, not really nice

Room is quite OK, location is just few minutes from Soekarno Hatta Airport, so very good for a transit hotel. However, no-smoking room is not provided, so it might not be comfortable for very sensitive person.

The bed is huge, but the sound from karaoke next door is too loud you can hear the music until 3 a.m. and it is very disturbing
