Incredible value and excellent service. Very polite, well trained staff willing to help out with any request. Amenities include well equiped spacious gym, spa with steam room and sauna, roof top pool and gardens, very generous executive lounge. Good meeting and conference rooms, often available on short notice. Well located with easy access to business and government centers. Bar with live music.

Nice and comfy place. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. A perfect place for business stay, not so much for family I guess. Food taste quite good, although the selections and variety can be improved. Overall a great experience

Great hotel if you're on business trip. Big room with bath tub, nice restaurants with great food. But quite a boring place for holiday trip as the swimming pool is small, no children facilities and not within walking distance to malls. Going in and out also takes time due to high security.

The best business hotel I've stayed in Jakarta. Great location, super spacious rooms and less crowded vs Hyatt/Raffles. The service is one of the best in class. Definitely a preferred business stay place.

JW Mariot 5stars hotel. there is a famous buffet restaurant with good price and delicious food. Don't worry if you only want to enjoy the atmosphere there's also a small open air coffee shop you can enjoy 5stars coffee with chip price

There staff was so far beyond anything I've seen in terms of helpfulness and friendliness. It's a marvel to behold. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The food in executive lounge was excellent, and the service equally excellent. It's the kind of hotel you really don't want to leave it's so relaxing.

Good place for Hotel Dining. Sailendra served one of the best hotel dining in town. You can use selected credit card to get offer buy 1 get 1 for the weekend.
Oxtail soup is the best here.

Room was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. They give you welcoming snack. But the pool was small. I mean pretty small. Food was fantastic. But if you're looking to enjoy the room and the facility of the hotel, not really recommended. But if you're travelling and want to explore Jakarta with a 5 star hotel, this is for you. Thanks!

Stayed while visited Jakarta for Business purpose. Rooms are good and well maintained. Service is excellent. Make sure you check rate for your whole stay as it keeps changing everyday. And breakfast is also included or not.

I came here for the buffet. Foods aren't that good but some are pretty good. I liked the oxtail soup and the beef teppanyaki. The main problem here is the cleanliness because i saw a cockroach running in between bowl of foods. The plates are kind of dirty. The staffs there are very friendly. Overall experience is 4/10.

Nice place for gathering. Food variety is good, taste excellent, just there are too many people in the lobby, so probably need a bigger lobby. Security is very tight, and cause some inconvenience when going in to the hotel,but it helps to make the guest feel more secure.

Went there just to attend an event. So it was just a short visit and I didn't get the change to explore a lot of their facilities. The staffs are friendly and helpful. From the outside, it looks modern and minimalist, but the interior has more details to it and there's an old fashion vibes. From the Lobby to the main entrance, there's a red carpet, it's nice though.

Standard for foreign tourist, never been here for long term except for meeting, conference, and dinner. From what i can say, the design is ok. Room is also good. The food is mild for asian (especially indonesian), but its quite delicious for foreigner.

Room is spacious and clean. The toilet is also spacious and the bathtub is comfortable. However, there was a bad stench in the shower cubicle. The breakfast spread was good and the food/fruit was fresh. The security is good. Recommended.

Nice rooms, good breakfast buffet. For lunch you can choose between buffet and a la carte which offers Asian and Western dishes as well. The staff is very attentive and very friendly. The gym has all you need, several machines, several running belts and a wight lifting bench as well. The pool area could be a bit larger, but it wasn't overloaded of people and therefore good enough.

Nice hotel. Stupid security procedure. I understand that they were bombed by terrorist before. But it's no reason to treat your guests, especially locals, as terrorists. They do every security measure possible, save for strip search. That means going there expecting a nice time at the lounge will be ruined right from the start.

Went here for a friend's wedding party. The location is pretty good but will be very jammed during weekdays. The hotel looks pretty good and the ballroom is nice. The buffet dinner for the party was good and probably one of the best I've eaten. There were still more parking space available when I reach there and I was 30min late. So I would say that they have a lot of space available which is good for wedding party!

Great rooms. Great facilities. Great food. Great service. But there are lots of other Marriotts and other very good hotels that one can say this about. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff is what separates this hotel from others. What at first seemed like obsequiousness after a few days' stay felt more like good service, good training, good recruitment, and good management, they will greet you always so prepere your smile.
Security guards fully aware of slightly movement you make due to terror attacks. You are always watched on lobby area and entrance.response / report this review -
