Stayed in 2 bedroom suite, its large.. even larger than my house, room furnishing are ok. Pool are decent.. restaurant (The Suasana) are great had a pleasant stay here

Love the meeting room and the suasana rest. Good food. Clean. Unfortunately I did smell "smoke" inside the hallway close to the meeting room.

My expectation is the Aston team to firmly informed for people in the area of non smoking not to smoke cause it violates the law and create unpleasant experience. Respecting non smokers should be appreciate properly.

A small hotel in the middle of the hectic business distric Kuningan. Suasana restaurant has some private rooms. Its two bedroom suite has a kitchen facilities. It also has a roof top swimming pool to enjoy sunset/sunrise.

Beautiful hotel, great restaurant, the suite we had was large, clean and had good airco. Environment is not very suitable for a walk, like we tried You definitely need a taxi to get there and to go anywhere from there.

We took the 3 bedroom apartment (room 208) recently and it is quite spacious. The furniture and amenities (fridge, microwave, hot/cold water dispenser etc) however are a bit rundown and are not properly cleaned and maintain. Need to change the soft matress as well. Other than that, we were happy with the set i.e restaurant (excellent food and ambience), wifi etc in addition to friendly staff. I would rate it between 3.5-4. I used to stay in either Aryadutta or Shangri La but Aston Kuningan will give you a much better environment and value for money.

It was okay hotel because it's an old hotel. And I also got one bad experience that some room service or from staff has stolen my watch from the room and it was in my hand bag. So be safe and secure your all valuable in the room. Thanks

Spent the second night of fourth.
I noticed that the PIC responded to Google reviews.
I suggest he/she contacted me while I still have 2 more nights.
I have suggestions to make Aston at Kuningan Suites better and deserve 5 stars in this Google review.

This old building is maintained. And Aston as always delivers good service (I spent hundreds of nights at Astons)
However there are some little details missed. Those little details are actually the major factors in hospitality industry.

Despite that, hats off to the GM and the team!

Second rooms in apartments have no windows, which really freaked me out. But overall it was still ok, if you don't mind the furniture being a bit run down. Better alternative would be Ascott Kuningan, where you actually get what you pay for.

No hairdryer, you must rent it from housekeeping for 2 hours only. I called the housekeeping to return the hairdryer, almost 2 hour they didn't show up and I must called them TWICE and the front office ONCE until someone come and took it back.

No catalogue menu in the room, so I went to front office and asked for it. They say they will bring it to my room, and they never bring it to my room.
The next day I asked the catalogue directly from the bar, instead of catalogue they gave me a copy of it.

When daily housekeeping, they didn't change the small towel and showercap. But when I went to my room in the evening, there's a small towel near TV. I don't know they forgot or something but I didn't ask for it thou and still no new showercap.

Few place for charging.

First impression not so good for me.

For 2BR apartment, room is very spacious. Beware: they separate the toilet and bathroom, so for 2 BR, you only get 1 bathroom + 1 toilet.

Had a very enjoyable stay in Aston Kuningan with decent breakfast buffet. However the building is a little old so don't expect a 5-star quality. The lifts also require a long waiting time. Other than that, the stay's awesome.
