Helpful staff, friendly environment, comfortable place to stay, and decorated with delicious breakfast buffet. Very close proximity to a quite big plaza too (Atrium Plaza)

Alot of fried fish and chicken with rice just in front of the hotel in the night. There is mall also beside hotel. Nice place big room in hotel but unfortunately my toddler could not went for swimming since the pool was too deep for him. The pool only for adult or taller kid.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. Stayed here during a training program and it was a very pleasant experience. Rooms are large and comfortable. Bathrooms are also spacious and have all the facilities and well maintained. The lift took a bit getting used to but it was no problem. There is a large shopping mall next door with money exchange as well. Definitely will stay here again if I'm at Jakartha. Highly recommended.

well maintained hotel situated in centre of Jakarta city.But there is little delay in baggage handling since only one person is allocated at a given time .Restaurant is good but some times running out of tables .Rooms are really good .But in 12 th floor drainage in one bath room blocked

Nice Hotel, but it's very impolite to motorcycle user. When i pick up my wife here i got kicked by the security because I'm waiting in front of the hotel, they thought i was an 'ojek'.

Nice place. Located in the middle of the city. Near Senen shopping mall, Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Easy to reach by public transport and taxi.

Excellent service, great yummy breakfast, good for business travellers as well as family with kids. The egg corner staff are nice and friendly. If you want to skip dinner and have fruits instead, the supermarket in lowerground of neighboring Atrium Plaza offers a wide array of fresh and cut fruits at modest cost. The roofed swimming pool opens from 7 to 7 at your self-service. Minors should always be accompanied, and bring towels from your room as pool attendees are rarely present.

Nice hotel to stay for several days with a big room and complete facility, like a swimming pool and gym. You will have many choices with various food at your breakfast time. Next to it is Atrium Mall, so you can spend your time with your family there.

Best to combine family travel with shopping, next to atrium senen plaza and transjakarta. You can get room with monas view. Dated interior but stil ok. Complete with swimming pool semi outdoor :) and nice staff especially in breakfast time in restaurant.

Room facilities were too poor for expensive hotel like lumire. Many hotels are provide better facilities with cheaper price. Pool were sooo small. Breakfast menu was really bad and didn't have many choices. The good thing was only the location.
