Went to this place to attend my friend's wedding. The hall is spacious, but the food is terrible. With a hotel standard, this food is awful. The parking station is too narrow for the SUV car

I come here accompanying my family for the "Japanese Healing Spa" which is located at the basement near parking area. They say it is a recommended Spa place. I tried creating new place on google maps (Japanese Healing Spa) but every time I try it, it is always "Not Applied - Place Creation" so, oh well, I just write it here.

Nice place to stay have a good restaurant and swimming pool. It is also strategic place too if you want to go somewhere or even for just shopping. In the evening you can easily to find alternative eating place, just in case you do not want to eat in the restaurant. For Muslim, please be aware some place serve non halal foods.

Kebanyakan ke sini untuk menghadiri rapat atau pertemuan. Aroma hotel tua agak terasa namun masih menyisakan kemewahan dari jaman dahulu. Lantai campuran dominasi karpet dan ubin. Ruang pertemuan/rapat cukup luas menampung ratusan orang. Parkiran di underground.

I stayed in a Club Plaza room. The bathrobes were definitely a nice perk. The bathroom was spacious. There were TV sets in the living room and the bedroom. But I didn't know why even though I had turned off the TV in the living room, whenever I changed channels of the TV in the bedroom, the one in the other room was turned on.

Great location for a great hotel. Rooms are large but old fashioned. Breakfast buffet is definitely the best in the area but staff services could be better; I asked for toilet paper twice, once even in person but no one delivered.

I went to this place for a symposium and noticed they had very good service. However, just like other convention centers, frictions between clients booking the tight schedules are hard to avoid. The foods were okay, but those outside from the evening hawkers were better.

Went for a wedding reception at emerald ballroom. The hall is nicely decorated and it's quite large. I assume it can fit 500 - 600 guests. Food at the wedding reception was okay. There's a lot of street food vendor surrounding the location if you're considering to stay at the hotel.

Parkiran di B2 jelek. Pelayanannya kurang ramah, ketika saya nanya password wifi dijawab dengan ketus, dikira saya pelanggan yang ga nginep kali ya. Over all sangat kurang, padahal saya baru 2 jam menginjakkan kaki di hotel ini.

Ok hotel with good sized rooms. On the older side (some parts of the hotel actually look like scenes from a 50-70s movie). Wifi was very erratic - in some places, strong; in others, almost none (like my room). Was there for a week. I think there is a popular club (or disco?) in the hotel when I was there so it was a bit noisy (lobby, lifts). Price-wise, this was ok value for money.

The hotel room is quite spacious for superior or standart. The menu options for breakfast are vary but compare to other 4 stars hotel might be just least. However I love the taste of the food, it is hotel recepies but still tasty. The hotel services are great, the swimming pool is goo too. In facy it has somekind of jacuzi pool. The fitnes centre also good and sufficient. The options of meeting room also vary.

One of my favourite hotels of all time. Renovated rooms are now modern and comfortable. There's a big swimming pool for a quick dip. Breakfast is excellent too.
