Neat & clean. Roomy toilet which counts a lot and rare nowadays. Of course the rooms are mini as it is a mini-hotel! 👌 Will stay here again.

As the name states the rooms are MINI but nothing to complain. Clean and practical. Great location, free wifi and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Live up to its name but its location and price is hard to beat. It's also clean and tidy so all was good. Hairdryer is also provided in the room. Not recommended for people on the bigger side as the bathroom is tiny.

You would need to go to the basement to check in. The 2 lifts were somehow sufficient to service all levels. We didn't feel like we had to wait too long.

You could store the luggages at the basement after check out so it was good.

Overall a good stay and would consider this on next visit.

A great location the in Hong Kong right in the centre of things. The reception staff are very helpful the rooms are compact but have all you need if your going to be out all day and only need somewhere to sleep and wash. There is a nice big lounge if you need to relax in the hotel.

Good capsule hotel. Rooms are tiny. Amenities are minimal. No room fridge.
Hotel is well maintained. And it's very close to MTR stations and shopping districts.

Very nice hotel. Best value for money . Convenient too. After meal, I'd like to have foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat in Happy Valley. Only five minute travel by tram! Very professional and modern. Here you can meet so many foreigners who enjoy Zenxes service too. Amazing indeed. Will come again with friends.

Mini is the word here. While the reception area is funky, you sleep in your room and the room really is the tiniest room I have ever stayed in throughout all my travels (this includes other budget places too). Shower cubicles are kinda see through and there is no space to move once you put your luggage in the room. Only redeeming point is the excellent shower pressure.

It is very mini. Just enough to sleep in hotel. No frills. it has everything you need to stay in HK. great location. Rooms are clean. (Cleaner than other hostels) They have a nice lobby. Entrance is very small which might be hard to find if you don't know where it is. Once you are familiar with the area you will find it is very convenient to go around CWB

Not bad for its cost. Simple small room no one should complain about. You get what you pay for. No toiletries expect toilet paper and shampoo so travel prepared. No complimentary bottled water. No table to put your bags/stuff on. Not bad overall if you're willing to deal with the above and you're on a budget. Just look for deals before booking.

Though the room is small (well, most of low budget hotels in HK don't have spacious room), but it's very clean and comfortable. We booked the room for 3 persons and got a nice room with bunk bed and clean bathroom. The location is near bus stop, MTR station, and shopping center. We went there by bus from the airport and it took around 45 minutes. I personally love the interior design of the reception desk and the common area of this hotel, simple yet artsy. That's why we choose this hotel at the first place!

Fantastic little hotel, clean staff lovely and friendly. Highly recommend it if you are backpacking or short stay. Close to the buss and the underground network so easy access to everything

Good location, hilarously mini. Probably better for a solo traveler and there's only 2 elevators in building. Better deals for larger places are to be had outside of Causeway Bay. But, it is convenient to walk to the metro.

Value for money. Don't expect much if you're just looking for a place to sleep through the night for a day or two. Cleanliness of the room is mediocre. The toilet is ridiculously crammed to the extent that i'd prefer using the public toilets at malls anytime. The attitude of service staff varies - from the helpful and friendly ones to those who aren't exactly service-oriented.

Very clean but ridiculously tiny rooms.
The shower cubicle is in same area as the bed, just separated by a glass pane!

Suitable if you are travelling alone, or if you are not shy.. Not for a Business traveller.

Close to MTR and shopping areas in Wan Chai.

House keeping is very thorough, you will always return to a clean room and a well made bed.

Rooms are mini but comfort enough. MTR can be reached within 5-10 minutes, sometimes can get very good prices when they hv flash sale

A highly recommended hotel in Causeway Bay. Room rates can be had at huge discounts if you book weeks earlier thru their websites. Rooms are small since you are in a country where space is priced at a premium. Still you will enjoy its quirky colorful lobby and its neo Asian art decor. Very instagrammable. Bfast consists of coffee only so check out the nearby eateries and 7-11's. Super convenient location near shopping centers.

Not a bad hotel, rooms were nice and clean and while small not mini. Nice basement lobby to hangout in. The service from staff varied from very poor to pretty good, but more to the poor end in my experience, which is a shame as it is a nice medium priced place.

Been here several times, but this 5-stars I give to this special Smart Room on the 20th floor, only accessible through stairs from the 19th floor. A bit weird, yes, but worth it. And the hotel lobby is awesomely decorated. Very artsy.

Clean, extremely friendly and helpful English speaking staff.

Rooms are small by Western standards. But why would you need anything bigger when there's so much to see and do.

Nearby Times Square, few minutes walk.

No taxi's available, however a quick 2 minute walk to the right and they're all lined up.

Had to call the hotel to get buzzed in, for whatever reason the call button out front wasn't working.

Stayed two nights, upgraded my room for free as they double booked the room I wanted.

Quiet atmosphere as well.

P.s. the coffee place next door is awesome!!
