Good location, worth wat u paid, walkable from MTR station, but not advisable if travel with family of young/old, room was spacious - as in hong kong nvr expect big n spacious room, but Xi can still present their room with enough space a king size bed, a humble sized toilet, bath space, working space/a mini space for my supper n bar time lol, wif a sofa beside the bed, come wif air purifier (a plus point for me + heater during winter, amenities r just nice, comes wif safety lock and a small fridge.

Very nice and helpful staff. The bed is very comfortable. Located near tsim sha tsui and east tsim sha tsui station very easy to go out and find some restaurant.

Reasonable price. Love the ambience of the rooms and the location is great. 6 mins walk from Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui station. 3 mins walk from 7-11. Convenient location.

A decent hotel. Service is efficient. Location is great. Halal restaurants aplenty within 150 meters - indian, turkish, middle east. Had three big luggage and the hotel was accessible from airport using bus A21. Can get off at three bus stops - Middle Road, East Tsim Sha Tsui or Chatham Road South - they are all equal distance to the hotel (approx 200 m). No regret whatsoever.

Smallest lobby I've ever seen. Boutique hotel. Only 4 rooms on each floor and very close together as I can hear everything. Location is the best feature but a little hard to find. Value is ok 3.5 stars.

We stayed here early November. My room has enough space for two occupants. Has a table, chair and mini bar. Complimentary water coffee and tea is always nice. They clean the rooms everday. Has hair dryer for those who needs 'em. Only thing missing is a closet or place to put your luggages. Water heating is okay. Shower is nice. The hotel has good location, near TST mtr station, K11 Mall, few mns walk to avenue of stars, plenty of restaurants nearby, Has a nearby 7-11, mcdo (5 mins away), for pinoys there's a nearby potato corner as well (largest size costs 38hkd, not bad aye?). Overall the hotel has good location, and fairly priced for families looking for enough space, comfortable beds albeit room lighting is a bit wierd. And a bit dim. For backpackers this might be expensive.

Booked double room inc breakfast.room was so small that bed was against wall on one s side.had to pay extra for a room that I could get into both sides of the bed.new room had interconnecting door that allowed noise from other room to interfer with sleeping.strange smell in room. Asked about breakfast" was told it wasn't included.eventually they said it was but couldn't provide anything gluten free and told us to go to supermarket.
Bird droppings over breakfast furniture.
Great position though and friendly staff.
Toiletries not replenished each day.

Fast check in and check out. Hotel lobby is pretty small. Rooms are a bit spacious, Id say well maintained. Bed is comfy but the area is noisy. Lots of construction sound and nosiy cars like they are in for a race. By the way the bathroom in room 902 has a hint of a funky smelll. Smells like a dirty canal.from time to time

Breakfast is regular. Jams, meat, fruits, breads.

Best deal is the area. Very central with two mtr lines easily accesible.

โรงแรมค่อนข้างเงียบ ผมชอบแบบนี้คือไม่ใกล้ถนนหลักมากนัก และไปเปลี่ยว ทางเดินปลอดภัยดี
ห้องคอ่นข้างใหม่ ผมพักชั้น 16 มี 1 ชั้น มี 4 ห้อง สะอาดอุปกรณ์ ครบ กว้างดีมาก มี แฮนดี้โฟนให้ใช้ ใกล้แหล่งช๊อปปิ้ง เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ MRT ใกล้มีร้านอาหารเยอะ มี 7/11 ใกล้ รวมๆแล้วโอเคมาก ราคาถ้าจองในช่วงเวลาก่อนเดินทางเยอะๆหน่อยจะได้ราคาที่ค่อนข้างถูกเลยทีเดียวครับ

Nice place to stay. Recommended for a vacation to Hong Kong. It is located at a good location, even though far from the airport, it is close to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, with 2-3 ferry terminals close by and it is close to K11 Art Mall. It has free wi-fi and free breakfast. Many restaurants close by. Just loved it!
