2) Need to climb the stairs Up to 1st Floor becouse the Frontdesk & Lift at that level

Clean. Cheap. Neat jordan mtr station. Walking distance to tst. Need to climb the stairs though before reaching the elevator.

room is big (considering in HK) and clean. 2 shower robes are provided on top of all the necessary toilteries. food wise, there's a 24hr McDonalds just beside and a wide choices of Hotpot Restaurants opposite. furthermore, Jordon MTR station is just 2 minutes walk away.

Stayed here for 6 days, the staff are nice(especially the cute girl with glasses), easy access (near a MTR station, exploring hongkong will be a lot easier), surrounded by different establishments you can find everything you need, just look around, Kowloon park is just few blocks ahead. Would recommend this for people who likes to stroll around

I don't understand how anyone can rate this 4 or 5 stars. I only gave it the 2 stars because it's location is really good and the staff were helpful. Otherwise it is dirty and not maintained. The front stairs are a pain and they don't offer help with bags. I was meant to stay a week but left after a day for The Luxe Manor around the corner.

The rooms are good, fair prices for a central area of Kowloon - Hongkong. The elevator was scary, jumped up and down whenever it starts and stops, although they have a safety warranty notice, which sticks inside the box, but i still think it abnormal. I was asked to deposit HKD $1000 for a room, although I had paid everything with online booking.
