Stayed here 7 days. Typical HK room. Not a far walk from local food or bus service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem I had was safe stopped working. They were able to open it and replaced it with different one within 1 hour. If you are a smoker they have a outdoor patio on 5th floor to smoke. Coffee and tea available. Open 7am to midnight.

I would say it’s pretty good for its price. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Stayed here on 2 separate occasions and in both rooms I stayed in, there was a cellphone available for you to use during your stay. It was a white smartphone that was actually quite nice as you could use it to call and or turn on its hotspot for your friends. Besides the convenience of the phones, this hotel offers free shuttle bus service! If you take the Hong Kong airport express train to the last stop, you can catch the shuttle there. This hotel also travels around the city so you could take it to any of their stops and it just goes full circle from the hotel to the airport express so no need for a taxi. If you stay here however, I’d recommend eating breakfast elsewhere. It’s not entirely bad but you could get tastier local food for way cheaper if you go out and browse!

Everybody very helpful and kind in Cosmo. Room is simple but clean, the bar-restaurant as well. Great breakfast!

Wow - welcome to the bottom of hotel food chain. This place is awful. Without a doubt has the tiniest bathroom I've ever seen in a "Hotel". Literally a small hallway just barely larger than width of the toilet. No bathtub, and the shower drain is so clogged with gunk that the shower fills up with water leaving you standing in a lake of soapy, dirty water. Air conditioning is abysmal and ineffective. Beds are SUPER firm, something like a slightly cushioned piece of plywood.
Go next door to Dorsett instead! Rooms are WAY, WAY better!!response / report this review -

Excellent location on Hong Kong island. Incredible view of the city. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Friendly and helpful staff as well. It was a great home base for exploring the city. Free shuttles to places all.over the city

Good budget hotel. Best value for money. After check-in, ride a tram to Happy Valley. Take foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat. To my surprise, this is great! Will come again soon. Enjoy and relax.

Sometimes the elevator smells like smoke. Our room was a good size, but some rooms are small. Nice staff. Hotel central and convenient to many stores/area.

The location on the HK island is good. Generally speaking the best days of the hotel have been gone. The room we had (10th floor) was small and slightly tatty. The bathroom as well was on the small side but appealing. AC was noisy. Breakfast was included in the room price but served in a different location some 15 minutes away. We never made use of it.

Hotel is not centrally located but provides free shuttle service to different parts of the island. Staff are very good mannered. Included buffet breakfast is definitely plus for the location. Breakfast item changes everyday and repeat every few days. Definitely worth the value.

Good standard hotel close to the centre of Wan Chai and walking distance from the Hong Kong Jockey Club. We arrived after midnight, after a very long flight and were greeted by friendly staff. All the staff we encountered during our stay were very helpful and friendly. The room wasn't super fancy, but it was clean, a decent size for Hong Kong and it was air conditioned, which makes a huge difference.

Nice good value Hotel, cool benefit of a mobile phone per room. Saves the hassle of expensive UK Data usage and/or buying a HK sim. Location is great too. Would recommend, would stay again.

Be careful before you book. If you have any information wrong (ex: cancel, date-change) they will charge you FULLY, even refuse to change with a smaller fee. Wish you a great fortune out of ppl's mistakes.

Location was great and most staff were polite and helpful. The woman allocating tables for breakfast was useless. IF she did give you a table, you best not go and get yourself something from the buffet as she would seat somebody else at your table! If you are going to stay here don't pay extra for breakfast. Room was small as expected for the location but the space could have been better designed. If you are sharing a standard room expect to live out of your case. Lifts were terrible. On a few occasions it would go to the 25th floor and then go back down not coming up to the 26th. Would have taken the stairs if I were 20 floors further down. Should I return I will not be staying at the Cosmo again.

Good compromise between rates and quality of the services. Nice position on the island 7min to the closest metro station, and nice the idea of the mobile phone supplied for Internet and calls.
One star down because of the quite long times for breakfast and take elevators.
