Clean room and great luggage service. Receptionists speak English and the beds were phenomenal. Bathroom surprisingly spacious.

The service is excellent. Room service is efficient. The suite I stayed in was spacious and tastefully decorated. A decent amount of TV channels in English. The beds are not that great. They are quite hard and uncomfortable for Westerners who are used to sleeping in softer beds like sealy and simmons. The room could have been more thoroughly cleaned. I noticed nooks and crannies and taps etc that have accumulated grime and dirt. On the whole I would recommend the place. A taxi to anywhere useful will cost you around 100 Hong Kong Dollars or more. The hotel allows you the use of a cellphone while you stay as well as free WIFI.

Brilliant hotel. Clean rooms, our room was a twin and it was quite small and cramped. Be prepared for the glass walls in the bathroom, there is a curtain but otherwise a great view of someone showering! Breakfast was ok, something there to suit everyone. Never are dinner in the hotel so can't comment. Would definitely stay here again as the staff where brilliant, especially the reception staff and concierge.

A quiet place to rest as it's nearby offices and industrial buildings, but restaurants and APM shopping center are within walking distance.

Depend on traffic, around 20 min with taxi to reach his hotel from Kowloon station.
This is the only good hotel around Kwun Tong area, which is suitable for business trip or tourist.
However this hotel is a bit far from downtown. The nearest mall APM is around 10 min walk.

Excellent hotel service. Most helpful service was a cell phone provided free of charge which could be used as a WiFi hotspot while traveling around the city. Provided extra power outlet adapters. Had a plug in the shower drain which they cleared immediately. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great atmosphere and world-class service. Best surprise was the hotel provides free cell phones with unlimited data that we could take with us while sight-seeing. And only 5 min walk from the metro station!

I have been traveling to Hong Kong for twenty years and stayed all over the city so please believe me that if your travels take you to the Kwun Tong section of Hong Kong, this is a great little boutique hotel. Clean modern and excellent staff. Be advised, this is not the tourist destination part of Hong Kong although you can get to a MTR station about three blocks away, 10 minutes walk.

Beautiful hotel! With a good administration, they offer a cellphone with unlimited data, which it was so useful with coupons and GPS maps. We never got lost. Is not the best location, but it is so close to the train.

Nice hotel. Not too far from the mtr, about 10 minutes. Nice rooms, good size, clean with nice showers. Shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes available in rooms. Breakfast is not free so didn't have that. Free bus service going to a few places which is useful to save on travel costs. Free unlimited 4g phone you can use during your stay. Have to pay for the coffee&tea in the room which sucks.

We usually stay in TST when visiting Kowloon but decided to try somewhere different. We were delighted to find quality accommodations and deluxe-class hotel services in East Kowloon at this hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive private check-in services at the business center upon arrival.

Our deluxe room was on a high floor with views of the water. It was elegantly designed with touches of bronze glitter, glass and mirrors. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available in our room including a fully equipped bathroom with amenities, complimentary in-room tea and coffee, bedroom slippers, sizable wardrobe and queen-sized bed.

For a city where floor area comes at a premium, our room was spacious enough to allow for a writing desk, chair and luggage rack. We enjoyed the luxuries of a standing shower with handheld and rain faucet, strong water pressure and handheld hair dryer.

An excellent feature of our room that we haven't encountered in other hotels was the smart phone. We had free usage of this device throughout our stay. This meant free IDD calls to selected countries, local calls and 4G mobile Internet access. Thus we saved on purchasing a local SIM card. We also enjoyed free Wi-Fi in the room and use of the pool and gym.

Despite the unfamiliar location, we could easily access other parts of Kowloon via the hotel's free shuttle bus service to and from Tsim Sha Tsui. The shuttle also traveled to the Airport Express Kowloon Station. Taxis were readily available at the hotel entrance.

We enjoyed exploring East Kowloon from our new base, with quicker access to the popular seaside seafood village of Lei Yue Mun. The late night shopping mall of APM, street shopping, restaurants and eateries were also a short walk from the hotel.

Service throughout the hotel is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Douglas and his front office team at the level 3 business center for their fantastic service and assistance throughout our stay. Also thanks to Derek in the restaurant for organizing sunny-side eggs and remembering our preferences during every breakfast.

Clean, efficient and good value with modern rooms. Location is the only downside as it is quite far out from HK Island.

Every time we come to HK we stay at a Dorsett, we enjoy the service. The lobby check-in desk needs to be much bigger, the staff does an amazing job with the small space and varying moods of the guests. This is why we return, genuinely helpful staff. They gave us a sweet, it was clean, but not well maintained. Only complaint was that the water temperature was not regulated, went from lukewarm to scalding every few seconds. The view of HK Island was nice. A bit out of the way from MTR and malls, but that brought more local shops, quiet streets and more opportunity to see the area on foot, which we prefer.

I'm staying in this hotel for a week.

    Good:
    - nice, clean and well decorated room with very comfortable bed
    - the room is not too small by Hong Kong standard, though it's smaller than the room you normally see in 4/5 star hotel
    - free Wi-Fi included
    - free Android smart phone with unlimited local calls and data, and it works as hotspot too. This is definitely a bonus I haven't seen in other hotels. I tether my mobile phone and save a ton of international roaming data.

    Bad:
    - Location is a bit out of the way, it's about ten minutes walk to MTR and bits stations.
    - it's near the edge of industrial/commercial area. The area is quite quiet, especially if walking back to the hotel at night.

Better than expected. Very local Chinese style. Many mainland tourists. Tiny room but that's HK for you, and it was clean and with good layout. I had high floor which had quite a reasonable view to the harbour. Breakfast was so so.
