The place is perfectly located and close to everything important. From Airport take A21 to reach opp hotel. Ladies market and even night market is walkable distance. Rooms are small but has everything required. Bathrooms are extremely small. Wifi is fast. 711 store opp hotel and McD is 500m away. Basic beds and daily toiletries provided. Take room on higher floor.

Hotel does not provide heater, water heater will turn cold within 10 minutes even waited for more than 20 minutes for its to do the heating, although I know it probably caused by the other room using water heater as room heater since hotel itself does not provide any heater for an executive room, and when there is 7 celcius the room will be 7 celcius. The air-conditioning only produce cold air and no hot air provided, to avoid any tourist get into illness due to the poor facilities provided, do consider what is the celcius temperature you will be able to bear with before spending your trip there, is basically an ice box during winter and early spring. The toilet is not that clean as well.

The room is acceptable eventhough small for 3 pax expecially with extra bed added. The toilet is abit smelly everytime we back to the hotel. However tge best part of this hotel is the closeness to ladies street as well as langham place. Both Mongkok MRT & Yau ma tei are within walking distance from the hotel

They have great crew service. Warm welcome. Clean room. Their room for 3 peple is really good for 5. But I think their price is too expensive for tourists who just want to sleep.

I though Agoda book for this hotel, stay 6 day 5 night . The placed really make me so disappointed , firstly the customer services is too rude , seem like don hope I stay in. Secondly my booking the room "superior type " is really small can't put 2 luggage , doesn't matter - thirdly the superior room is terrible , bed got bugs bite , hot water u need wait 20 minute just can take shower , the tower u can't make it dirty for use because " said of dirty their will charge u money money money " what's ? A statement since so many hotel and motel and hostel and backpack stay not their say if tower dirty need to charge extra additional money . Omg !!!!! Fourthly about wall not sound prof really noise u can hear Beside room shower , talk , omg .
Lastly thanks to Agoda . The team management help me arrange other hotel and make refunded . What a amazing awesome team . Solve my problem while I travel , and help seek solution hear my problem . Thanks thumbs up,

The beds feels like you are sleeping on stone, the wifi was bad. The receptionist spoke bad english, and it costs 200 HKD, if you get make up or beer on a towel

Too small for the price. Run down. Staff don't seem willing to help. Hot water service to small - runs out completely in 5 minutes. Didn't give me the room I had confirmed, still charged me the same price. Room wasn't made up when I arrived. Still had the nerve to charge me a room deposit to be held for one month. Avoid unless you can't get much else.
