Amazing property to stay in Wan Chai, Hong Kong island. Can't say about the room size as it's unsaid in Hong Kong. The ambience is great and the location is really well, many clubs and bars just located in the adjoining vicinity. MTR Wan chai is also just a few steps ahead.

We had dinner in the Chinese Restaurant. Foods were fantastic even though a bit pricy. Worth to try.

Normally I would rate it as 2-3 stars. The free portable wifi however is a great perk that rose my rating to 4 stars.

Good hotel in Wanchai. Very convenient. After meal, get on a tram to Happy Valley. I'd like to take foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat nearby. Very professional and modern. I'd like it very much.

According to the feed back of the other convention visitors this was a decent price and quality option. 6 or 7 min walk from the convention center and dozens of malls and restaurants. Good service with English speaking staff. They also serve breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner, but we didn't try any of that - too many restaurants in a walking distance. Room was tight, smallest bathroom slightly larger than a bathroom on a plane, where they managed to fit a 1/3 size of a bath tub, that can fit only a 1 year old. Room was clean and had a free adapter for the outlet, upon leaving you can take it with you and they will charge $20hkd on your room, at the airport it will cost you $180hkd to buy the same one. They will also keep your language at the bell desk for free if you arrive prior to check in or depart way after the checkout

Great location for travelers in Wan Chai within walking distance to Pacific Place and Admiralty. Take the train to Central and free bus to hotel! Clyde to MRT, tram, food and night spots. Reasonable room price and service.

I gave this place five stars for the service - the people working there treated my wife and I better than I've ever been treated at a hotel. They even brought my wife complementary wine and cake to our room on her birthday. It also had a great location right in the middle Wanchai - very convenient access to night life, subway, and food. The rooms are nice, but nothing special.

Fantastic experience. Excellent service. Lovely accomodations close to convention center. Best concierge Alvin beyond attentive to guests needs ever especially as we were stranded during a typhoon. I highly recommend this hotel.

Disgusting. Nice Location and nice looking hotel, but sewer clogging all the time, maybe whole hotel system has that problem. House keeping stuff needs to be trained. 1st day I asked for complimentary shoe shine service, which box is located in the room and called but passed around several times, finally an old may came to visit then told me wait for 15 minutes. 2nd day I called and a younger woman came with a shoe‐shiner paper told me polish by my self. On the day of departure, after check-out, bell guy told me to wait outside BUS stop, but to some other customers were notified in the hotel lobby. 2 days stay are maximum.

Affordable option with an excellent location if Wanchai is your locus. Friendly staff. Room A/C responds sluggishly, if at all, to thermostat. Eat breakfast at the Flying Pan across the road.

We loved the hotel. The location is excellent, tons of restaurants nearby, the tram stop is a few steps away, the subway is a block away. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and clean. I also really liked the scent in the diffuser in the bathroom. We did not eat in the restaurant because there were so many restaurants in the neighbourhood. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
