Pretty good. I appreciate that the rooms are more spacious than Dorsett next door. Elevators work fast esp with such a tall building.
Drawbacks: there's no free data mobile phone, the WiFi is unreliable I feel, and it's still a fair walk from mongkok central district. The free shuttle is like once an hour, too long to wait.

But the rooms are big, enough space to walk about and open your bags. Can't be said of all rooms in HK.

Very well presented and luxurious hotel. Amazing views from the sky zone. Only thing that stops 5 stars is the buffet food is only sea food

This is the second time we booked the hotel.First time was a bad experience as personal items has gone missing and we did complain but the management believe their own staff and solution was that we lost these items,it's been in possession for 20 years or more in the purse and never gone missing but was gone after the first morning during room cleaning.
Room was clean and service was fine, a part from the bad experience everything is fine.Staff on the reception are fine.
We booked this hotel as it was convenience for walking and train not to far from everything and not close to the centre just in case to noisy traffic in the morning.There's no view from the room so don't expect that.
The SECOND time we booked this hotel was a year later in Feb 2018.
We decided that the first experience was maybe our fault so we try again.
This time it has happened again and it was perfume that has gone missing this time ,as it was definitely there in the suitcase so could not of lost in during travel from the house to the hotel as it was not opened till we enter the hotel.It went missing the following day after room cleaning service but this time we never complained as we thought we could of left it in the house.So that's why I only put this review up after we got back home to double check if we left the perfume in the house,but it's wasn't left at home.
Everything else is fine.This time the room was smaller and a bit dirty due to black mould in the bathroom also the taps and sink are not very usuable function just looks good but just looks the part.
SO REALLY BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR STUFF.

Fantastic. The location is in a really great spot, a short walk and you in the middle of everything with access to trains and buses. The room was modern with everything you would need, if your packing fairly chunky your luggage might be a bit tight. There's also a small gym. However the complimentary 'handy' (portable android device) was a life saver for data and really helped cut down on roaming costs. Overall wonderful experience, would definitely reccomend.

We had a great stay and appreciated the staff, they were awesome! The hotel was very updated and very pleasant! I would recommend it to others! They even stored our luggage for free for a week before we checked in (the other hotel wanted $30.00 a day)!

Considering this is Hong Kong, the size of the room is relatively decent. We had a comfortable five night stay. Our room is a smoke-free room but I did smell smoke from the vents on one morning, which went away afterwards. Wasn’t much of a bother that would make me complain to the hotel. The shuttle bus is a bonus since it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest MTR. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Location isnt good. Had to walk quite far everyday to the MTR stations. Hotel services are great! English speaking staff and hotel is very well maintained. Very clean too

Successfully handled our complaint over a noisy fridge by replacing it. Bar and views great. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Complimentary bus to key points also very useful.

Good place to stay. 10mins walk to olympic mtr station.Rooms are small but comfy..Same breakfast everyday..but good. Mcdonalds right in front of the building.

The location of the hotel is actually very good. Just across our hotel we got McD, and many local restaurants serving great local foods including Da Shi Fu Congee house that sells unbelievably good Congee and Chee Cheong Fan

Okay back to the Hotel. The hotel is typical Hongkong hotel that is the room is very small in size.

However this hotel provides 2 advance tech that is quite cool. 1 is the peeping hole on the hotel room door is actually a camera and a lcd screen so you don't have to peep anymore but just look at the small lcd screen. 2nd is the bathroom glass door. It has a button to make it an ice glass that is not see-through anymore. Pretty cool

One last thing that make this hotel only got 3 stars from me despite of everything is that. The lobby is on the first floor, the breakfast is on the 2nd floor and there is NO direct access to the breakfast restaurant unless using a lift. Whatttttt?

Yes they do have 4 lifts but when I was there 1 is broken. So with only 3 functioning lifts you could wait for more than 30 minutes just to be able to go up or down

Reasonable hotel with clean room and bed. Bed is a bit hard and it's in the middle of Kowloon.
Many nice eating places around the hotel.
Nearest MTR is Olympic and it's about 5 to 7 minutes walk.

Recently have been staying at Rosedale for around 25 days (in a very tiny room at the lower floor of the hotel with the window facing a construction site), asked for an extra night stay. The hotel front desk told me have to pay HKD 2400 for the extra night, they claimed such was the best they could offer. This was indeed a shocking offer to me. After check against the rate I paid for the past 25 days stay, the average including tax was HKD 1040 per night. Now it was more than double. Outrageously expensive. The reason being given was that the hotel was fully booked.

Nice little room but really impressed with the FREE Handy phone you could use during the stay. For someone coming from overseas it was great to be able to take advantage of not using global roaming

Very modern hotel with solid basics and extra handy portable phone you can bring for hotspot local guide calls and booking attraction tickets. The bathroom could be cleaner, but overall very good service from the staff.

The place is eye catching even just from the outside. There are a lot of rooms and they offer a free breakfast for guests. The room is not as spacious but it's totally nice. They even provide every room with a smartphone with unlimited data that will not only be used as your communication device, it wil also serve as your tour guide. One thing I would like is if they can put a bidet.

Modern nice hotel at the center of Kowloon. Room was quite small but nice. Breakfast is not too much variant (I scored 7 for it). Location 15-20 minutes walking to Ladies Market / 4-5 minutes by taxi. Just across the hotel, there's McDonald's (24/7), Medicine store & Seven Eleven.

Provide free shuttle to mongkok station, china hongkong city, and kowloon station. The free shuttle provide us flexibility to explore hong kong and it departs on time

Fantastic roof top bar. Would be happy to spend the night in the bar instead of my bed.
Otherwise beautiful comfy King size bed with all the standard stuff. Nothing to whinge about.
Very small rooms, but everywhere in HK is like that.
Highly recommended hotel for this price point.
