Unstable air-conditioning. Stained sink and other stainless steel handles. First room has weird smell.
Friendly hotels staff helped to change my room.

Room cleanliness is about motel standard. Room TV about motel standard. Mini fridge is sometimes not working. Queen size bed is two beds combined together. Hotel lift has no access control. Anyone in the lift can go to almost any floors.

Hotel shuttle is not luggage friendly. Luggage can only be brought up only when there are less people on the shuttle.

At least a few hundred meters for public transport to city and other attractions. Summer temperature is high and walking that few hundred meters can be very uncomfortable.

Came for a holiday to Hong Kong. Stayed two days at Hotel Plaza 8 degree. Room are good but of small size. Can improve the facilities that are being provided. Overall satisfactory experience.

Excellent Hotel service. But problems with veg food! Veg food isn't good at all here.
Prefer for some local Indian restaurant than trying in the hotel.

It is located in Kowloon, although a central location but still far from shopping hubs.
Although they provide shuttle, it is still located at an off location.
Food is good (you appreciate this kind of food in Hong kong :-P)
Staff is friendly and supportive..
Rooms are small in size and so are the washrooms.
Still a good 4 star hotel at this price and is recommended.

It is a very nice hotel. But the only problem Is the sizes of the rooms. The rooms are pretty small. But the hotel maintenance is great. Also the breakfast , lunch and dinner arrangements are very good.

Went there for the dinner buffet with family. Good selection of seafood and meat. Food was nice and refilled constantly but they seems to have forgotten about refilling the drinks. The hotel is not close to any mtr station

Poor restroom facilities. No Lounging area.Food and service is below the rating of 4 star. We as a family were totally disappointed. The staff as well we're not acvomodaing to assist .

Budget hotel, food is average, staff is not helpful or courteous.
Rooms are very congested and aren't comfortable at all. Every unnecessary thing is stuffed in one small room at times making u feel claustrophobic

Small room. But cosy. Hotel staff generally friendly and helpful. Halal food provided. Most unpleasant experience was mainly due to the tourists from mainland China. They talk so loudly and make so much noise along the corridors. Really no consideration for other hotel guests. Such poor civic-mindedness.

Myself Sandeep Damle from India.
I had been to this hotel for 4 nights during my Hong Kong tour.(from 24th Oct. To 28th Oct ) my room no. 833. It was wonderful stay. Check in time is 2pm but as my room was ready they give me key by 1'oclock. Reception is very co-operative. you can ask for anything and they have answer. They helped us for taxi to go to market and nearby Indian hotel. Free Wifi free shuttle service and much more aminities. Complementary breakfast was too good. Room is specious.
I will certainly recommend this hotel for good stay.

Its been 2nd day here right now and still 3 more days here.
Initially thot why i choose could have got better.
But this is no less than any hotel yes its not but as 5 star but trust me this is best Hotel u can get .

Located near Kowloon pier, a well maintained and managed business cum vacation hotel. Multiple shuttle services to go around like twin sharing Tsui, etc. and other market and shopping places.

Very miniscule bathrooms, frankly no space to move around. Need to introduce more Indian dishes in the breakfast menu considering the amount of Indians that come here. Even the WiFi service is just par.

If you want to just sleep here, you can comfortably do that. Any fun? Good luck. I will not be staying here again. I regret picking it in the first place.

Well priced with excellent staff. The free shuttle service to the main shopping streets in Kowloon is frequent and efficient. Local area is vibrant and has plenty of places to dine. I didn't go to the bar/pool floor but I was told by fellow travelers it was very nice.

Amazing ambience and great conceriage rooms might seem a little bit smaller compared to other hotels. Pro: they offer a free phone with unlimited calls to select countries and unlimited mobile data Con: Rooms may seem small.. Rooms may get very humid.

Really liked the Handy phone given for data and sightseeing usage. Helpful concierge and generally friendly staff. I also appreciated the shuttle they had in to the city. Wider variety of food menu would have been appreciated but I loved eating local cuisine anyways!

This hotel did not quite meet our expectations of a 4- star hotel.
Pool was closed since it was winter season (children were looking forward to using pool during holidays).
Staff appeared rude at times, but I think that was due to language barrier as I do not speak Cantonese, and instead could only speak English.
Overall, nice location and I would probably be happy to stay again.

I recommend booking with Harbor Plaza 8 Degrees hotel. It's in the city, close to tourist attractions, shuttles to/from MTR stations and elevators are well maintained by staff. Right when you walk through the door, you get a concierge and they walk you to your room to make sure everything is perfect. Very comfortable and friendly!
