If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Very roomy for a place in Hong Kong and affordable price. It was very clean and they offered the benefit of not having your room cleaned for some credit to buy food. As a person who doesn't need their room cleaned everyday, it was a great way to get some free snacks!

It is also in a prime location and with their great transit, you're able to get anywhere you like quickly. Would definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip.

Though it looks elegant and well located hotel on internet, on the contrary it was difficult to access, busy and crowded. It does have four or five star kind of hotel amenities however because they have small lobby with almost no sitting capacity, we had to stand long for check-in and checkout.

Not easy to walk-in and walk out from hotel as the access is pretty long. The station next to hotel goes to a metro line which you will not use for shopping or city. The closest station by walk is 10 minute though, so not that difficult.

My kids were annoyed by swimming pool guard as he didn’t allow kids to play or enjoy time in swimming pool. I couldn’t take kids pics even anywhere around that area.

It’s good if you want to be next to shopping mall but I wasn’t impressed much for what I paid.

Nice hotel in the overall the location on one side is (too) far from the center, but on the other side it is adjacent to a very nice mall and to local markets. The room is quite nice and elegant, but the breakfast is really disappointing.

Very happy with hotel. I recommend. They were very helpful with my room problem, as I wanted it closer to the family. The rooms were spotless. Staffs are sweethearts. Great job all.

Good value and right in the middle of the action. If you don't mind walking then it's close enough to the main rail lines, especially the red line and Nathan road, or there is the light blue line right next to the hotel, in the MOKO shopping center. They have a simple system for corporate rates

Located as part of a large shopping mall, is also close to Mon Kok shopping area. Rooms of good size and quite modern. Hotel was refurbished a few years back. Can get quite busy with tourists. Railway station is located within mall so travelling around is easy. Service I've always found to be good. Hotel is clean and well maintained.

This hotel is the place to stay! The royal plaza employees are amazing. After discovering I had lost my jewellery box a team of hardworking individuals searched through the hotel eventually finding it. I am extremely pleased with my stay and only have positive comments to say about the hotel. Thanks Royal Plaza for the great stay!

Contemporary, clean, well maintained, excellent rooms. The service staff, front desk etc. were polite, but no one went out of their way to be helpful. Next to a shopping mall. Train station to Shenzhen, but other connections are difficult. Nice pool, but the sun goes behind the hotel by one.

I've stayed here a couple of times and every time has been perfect! The rooms are clean and beautiful, the staff are amazing, extremely friendly and everything here is very new and modern! The hotel is right in a shopping centre which has a huge selection of brands, restaurants and services, located in Mong Kok, which outside the centre has a even bigger range of stores.

Well located and great value for money. Drinking water, tea and coffee available. Comfortable beds. Staff are organized and available, friendly. Attached to the MOKO mall for easily accessible food, shopping and transportation options. A+++++

Good for the price. Elegant rooms, quite well sized considering the typical Hong Kong space constraints. Ideally positioned for tourists. The subway can be accessed directly from attached mall, although a short walk to the"red line" will be more efficient for most destinations. The beautiful flower markets and bird market is directly across the street, and accessable via a covered walking overpass. The breakfast was okay. Do check out the afternoon tea available on the 19th floor.

Booked the deluxe family room. Got upgraded to a grand plus. Big spacious room. Friendly staff. Quick to attend to our requests. Location is good too with a sheltered access to mongkok station

The hotel is in an extremely convenient location, there are several subway stations mere minutes away, a bus terminal right outside the attached mall complex, and a taxi stand next to that. The hotel, as mention earlier, is attached to the Moko mall which hosts stores from simple convenience stores to very high end shopping vendors. There are also several delectable restaurants within the mall. The hotel room itself is spacious and clean the staff is friendly and willing to help. Rooms are equipped with blackout curtains which has been put to wonderful use. Overall, this hotel very much met our high expectations.

The rooms on the lounge level are excellent and well furnished. The bed is well sized and the bathroom has it all. Loved the helpful staff and good Subway connection. The hotel is not in the thick of it but located good for my purpose. I loved that the temperature could be regulated to a comfy warmth

Best service we have ever experienced. Our room was lovely and the view. We had access to the club lounge which was the perfect place to relax. Big shopping centre with access from hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

I stayed at this hotel every summer. For me this is the best hotel in Hong Kong and I will keep coming back. Rooms are cozy, staffs and very attentive and welcoming, food are fantastic, location is the best in town. I really can't find a better hotel.

Solid hotel. Nothing is extraordinarily awesome, but it's connected to a mall, which is fantastic. From the mall, you can access the subway station, as well as walk to the heart of the Mongkok area.

The rooms are a bit cramped, but are nice enough. They give you 2-4 complimentary bottles of water everyday, but if you want more, you gotta pay up!

Well located hotel, incredible bathroom, comfy beds, great view from room and more. My reason to not give 5 is the staff & breakfast experience. I fell sick due to the weather in Hongkong and asked for a doctor from the front office staff , but the same was refused and no alternative suggestion was given. At the breakfast buffet, they keep ice chilled juices. I asked for a glass of juice on room temperature but the same was again upfrontly refused by the outlet staff mentioning that they do not keep juices in room temperature. I mentioned that I am not well but the staff member still was neither bothered or offered any alternative. I think that's the least you can expect in a different country when you are not well. People do make a difference and the way you treat your customers goes a long way. They need to learn this.

Enjoyed a recent two night stay. A modern Hotel in good,convenient location. Good sized room, clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. My wife particularly liked the complimentary shampoo . Anyone knows who makes it/brand name?

Room was fine. Shower room got sewage odor. Afternoon tea at lounge was terrible. Very few items and not fresh. Evening cocktail was fine. No fruits though. Breakfast in restaurant was below average. Welcome amenities included in my package never delivered.

The big plus was this hotel could accommodate our family of four including two children. The room was clean and pleasant.
There's a glass the bathroom and the bed side, which was hidden by a curtain that could be raised! Unfortunately we couldn't used it thanks to our kids.
The services were excellent.
One letdown was we could smell cigarette through the air conditioning. Despite the warning, there were certainly people smoking in other rooms. Cigarette smell seemed common in hotel rooms in Hong Kong.
