Pleasant stay. Hotel room dated, but seemed clean, with a comfortable bed. Pleasantly surprised with the range of gym equipment, though a little old/worn. Staff were courteous. Across the street from MTR with bus transit right outside.

convenient location, next to bus stop, short walk from tram stop and mtr station. good size clean room friendly staff. room is a little bit dated, nice firm bed, reasonable for price.

I have been staying in this hotel for several weeks as I recover from knee surgery (I cannot use stairs so I cannot stay at my apt). The handicapped room 810 is great and the staff are all excellent. The room decor is dated, but it is clean and comfortable. Everything works and the cleaning staff is top notch.

Bottled water is replenished daily at no charge and the sandwich shop "Java Mama" at the base of the hotel is a bargain. (They even make sandwiches "Western Style" with a lot of meat, not just a thin piece of meat with bread and veggies like most places in HK.)

The location is fantastic, right next to the Quarry Bay MTR, a myriad of bus stops, and the 'Ding Ding'. Free shuttle to the airport express station and area attractions like.They have a lovely pool and adequate fitness center.

At the price, Harbour Plaza North Point is hard to beat.

I suppose the only drawback is the hotel does host a lot of Mainland Chinese tour groups so you can occasionally get an influx of clueless guests.

Excellent Location very near to Metro Station. Buses & Tram next to hotel exit. Stylish decor. Exotic Interior Spacious rooms well furnished with all facilities. Good variety & tasty Breakfast Food. Superb services by all the staff, very cooperative & curtious. Very good experience to stay here & 'll love to come here again.

My experience having dinner at their restaurant was horrible. Very expensive yet the quality was subpar. The food was not up to the standard I epxected from a hotel Chinese restaurant for this price. The chicken looked like it was cooked the day before and just reheated. Overall would not recommend for dinner.

One of the older hotels It's getting renovated now So you get very good deals to stay. But since it's older structure The rooms are spacious than most of the hotels in HK.

It's very conveniently located for travel Close to trains And they have shuttle service which takes you to center of the city n airports Free.

Staff was very helpful too.

It's a good 4 star property. Rooms are neat and staff is polite. Location is superb as it has a Chinese fast food, Mc Donald's, Pizza hut and a Subway at walking distance. It also has an Indian restaurant called Tulsi at walking distance.

Hotel is conveniently located on the east side of Hong Kong island. Subway is within 5 minutes walk in addition to the access of buses and tram. Rooms are spacious and safe. Some rooms are dusty behind the cupboards. In general, rooms are in good condition. The cafe is okay, the Chinese restaurant is quite good with reasonable prices.

I stayed this hotel for 3 days and It was good time during my hongkong trip. Actually this hotel isn't located in very good place to travel Hongkong. But this hotel has free shuttle service for guest and I used this shuttle service everydays when I go to Central. And there were Starbucks and Metro station, Mart near this hotel.

It's a nice place to stay. Price is reasonable. Hourly Suttle to Causeway Bay and Central. Close to Quarry Bay MTR Station. Staffs are friendly. I would like to come back for my next trip.

Good place to stay, facilities are great
But for a tourist is a place which is quite away from Disneyland, ocean park and lantau island due to the peak traffic in the morning
Good and hospitable staff
Pool is good to use

One problem which is faced is that some of the rooms are interconnected with a door which does creates a nuisance in the night of your neighbor sleeps later than you with high volume of the TV and also the noise in the next room is hard very clearly in your room
Better to avoid those rooms at the time of checkin if you are a early sleeper and used to silence in the night

Shuttle service is available

Food and breakfast is average since we stayed there for 3 days and the breakfast was the same on all the 3 days with not much change in the menu

Very difficult place for Indian vegetarians, better to avoid else get your own food from home
Market place opposite the hotel is a nice place for a quick buy of water and other stuff to sustain.

good clean rooms, good facilities. good views.. costly but has quick service, decent breakfast buffet and variety food in their restaurant. has a big swimming pool gym and a spa(paid service). request for a sea view room which are comparatively larger along with sofa than standard rooms.

Nice rooms. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Conveniently located next to Quarry Bay Station. Easy to get to from the Airport via the A12 bus and get off at Stop #11.

Currently staying here for 9 days I recommend trying to get a renovated room. Was really impressed with the room, but we had to check out because we went on a mini trip. When we checked back in 3 days later - we were given one of their old rooms. I feel like I am staying in a 2 star hotel. The bell hop who brought us our luggage to the room - not so friendly. The gym is old and cramped. Do not want to stay here anymore..

The upper floors have a nice view of the harbour and the mattress is nice and firm. However, the hotel is quite old and worn in general and the matters size is British Queen which means that if you're over 180cm tall, it's likely your feet will hang off the edge of the bed. Overall quite clean rooms and there's a fridge and small kitchen if you want to make some meals on your own. The restaurant is over priced and the food quality is only so so at best. Also, do NOT order water in the bar, it's HK$50 per bottle which is a con, as it's watsons water with a clear cap.

A great 4 star hotel, with good restaurants, and ballrooms! I bet they make their money from guests who love Starbucks - there is one at the corner, always full of tourists - in a very local neighborhood.

Great location right outside the Quarry bay mtr station and near restaurants and groceries. Rooms are nice with a good size bathroom. Rooms could use some updates.
