Very helpful front desk (printing an urgent doc in the middle of the night). Confortable bed and clean spaces. The gym is small but fairly equipped. Breakfast okay (enough choices but far to be for 4* and some items disappear very fast during the morning: e.g. smoked salmon).
The location is fantastic.

Centrally located in the theater district. Easily accessed from the airport via the metro. Good shopping, food, drink, and coffee options nearby including a three storey mercado with tons of street food options. Room was spacious, newly renovated, and meticulously clean. Not as good as I was hoping for kids as their pool was for the spa, had limited availability times, and for relaxing - not splashing around.

Too expensive for room quality and size. Balance between toilet size and room size is ridiculous. Toilet was almost the half of the size of the room.

Everything was great !!! the staff really help full at any time and very kind !.the rooms was clear every day. the Atmosphere at the hotel is very relaxand happy.We were satisfied 100%

In my opinion this is one of the best hotels I've visited. It is in all the center of Madrid, so you can go to the principal places without needing a car or public transport. The service of the Hotel is very good, they are for all you need and are able to speak english perfectly, for foreign. Rooms are very good decorated, large and they have amazing views of the city.

Very nice and clean rooms! The hotel is located on a great street for tourists. This hotel also allows you to enjoy their spa for free during certain hours of the day!
