Perfect location in the Chuecua neighbourhood, restaurants and bars nearby.
Beautiful the rooftop to have a drink in the evening looking at the city.
The Superior Room is really wide, with enough space for everything.
The only flaw is that the lift of the hotel is the same of the club at the rooftop and that there are some rooms at the same level that could get really noisy.
Breakfast is well prepared, with some good smoothies.

Great staff! Always smiling and willing to help you. Amazing decorated and some rooms with great views. If you are claustrophobic the shower can be a little awkward to get in but not a big deal for most of the travelers. Location is perfect, one block from Gran Via and walking distances to the most important Madrid sights.
If you are not into party late at night, if possible avoid the rooms on floor 7th. The rooftop bar is one of the trendiest places to be in Madrid.

This is my 8th time in Room mate Oscar (I travel a lot for my work). I really like this hotel. Staff is superfriendly and helpfull. Free upgrades are great. The personal welcome text on my room is something I really like. To me it shows they appreciate regular costumors and it is those small things that for me are a reason to come back to a hotel or not.
I love the design of the hotel and the rooms, very fun and trendy. The rooms are always nice and tidy. And I love the beds (lots of pillows and huge bed). My only reason to give 4 stars and not 5 is because when people walk on the hallway and start talking you hear everything in your room. That is the only negative thing I can think off.

Staff super nice and friendly. The room upgrade was nice and big but the bed was super soft for me. Location is generally pretty good.

Fantastic hotel. Funky, modern design throughout. Fabulous roof terrace with a bar & pool (seasonal). Excellent central location and wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

Located in the centre of Madrid in the Chueca area this modern and minimalist chic hotel is really something else. The terrace on the top floor is a must for great views over the capital whilst enjoying a cocktail with friends. There's even a swimming pool should you need to cool off in the summer :-) Great service as you'd expect.
