Great location. Quiet clean and big rooms. Fast free wifi - 6mb. Reduced one star as kitchen closes by 11 pm. Room cleaning staff is noisy.

Great place to stay in town. Many places to walk and see. Great food and great room. Highly recommend. Breakfast is also very good.
Nice variety but get down there quick as it gets very busy because of people leaving for tours in the morning.response / report this review -

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
The hotel was very accommodating. They brought the iron or anything you ask very quickly. Beautiful building with an awesome location. The restaurant and bar are very good but there are also good restaurants nearby. I will certainly stay again. The one downside is the size of the room and the bed is very low to the ground.response / report this review -

The room was very comfortable and the staff friendly and quick. The staff spoke both English and Espanol which was a plus. The view was very nice overlooking the street. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant but was very pleased with my stay.

Get the room with terrace and jacuzzi!! Definitely worth the money. Perfect location on the main road but still quite. The staff were all nice and spoke English. They helped make it a great start to our honeymoon despite our flight issues causing us to miss one day.

The hotel is on the Gran Via, so shopping is a cinch and only a short walk in any direction, the same is true of food and restaurants. The hotel staff are extremely supportive and accommodating.
Nothing wrong with the rooms but being a century old, could use a wave of a modernization wand to better accomodate modern demands.
All in all a wonderful trip. My wife and I will be back.response / report this review
