Great location for old city, Retiro Park, and museums. Excellent, "the best" european breakfast to support your treks through the city. Outstanding, and helpfull staff. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well.

Great location, quiet but walking distance to major spots. Friendly staff and comfortable but small rooms. Glass bathroom walls light up the room at night when used. Good breakfast if included.

Affordable in the heart of Madrid. Stylish decor in rooms. I went with my husband and my 2 University adult children. We got 2 rooms because most European hotels can only accommodate 3 adults at the most in a hotel rm. The front desk were so so helpful and even called the car rental place for us because our Spanish was not good enough. They have a garage to park in but it is very small. While there we walked everywhere. The breakfast is incredibly expensive. We found a place a block away that served better food at lower price.

This is my go to hotel when I am in Madrid. I have gone to Madrid for both work and vacation and this hotel is in a central location. Easy walk from the train station, in a nice neighborhood area and close to all the sites.

The price is reasonable and the rooms are very nice and clean.
